I agree that leaders should adopt best practices for innovation, collaboration to address cognitive biases in workplace and create plans to use in Omicron surge. We can defeat these cognitive biases and avoid denying reality by rethinking our approach to office-centric culture.

Leaders who are taking the covid-19 pandemic for granted are so frustrating. I agree with the speaker that the Omicron variant - even the delta - will expose the leaders who are just sitting there doing nothing. Leaders have to showcase what they are made of. The speaker knows what he is taking about and definitely on-point with his insights.
