Bravo. Great podcast on pain Dr Tamar. Yes we MS warriors go through a myriad of pain on a regular basis. You cover a plethoria of the many drugs to treat the pain. How about those of us that don't like the meds and prefer a holistic approach. You mention in you discussion several times about using physical therapy (PT), which is my choice. However, try to educate the VA personnel on the benefits of PT and that the sessions are not geared towards fixing the problem, rather, working through high level of spaciticy or reduced motion. I constantly have to school the VA community on MS and what works to manage the pain.
