===============================

Key Lessons:

1) Be intentional about developing a recognition plan that includes rounding. This allows your staff to feel valued by you and know they can raise their concerns to you with you seeing it through to resolution!
2) Remember not everyone will expect or want recognition in the same way. If in doubt, just ask!
3) Don’t only show recognition when tasks are complete, instead work to recognize and appreciate employees throughout all times!

You’ve heard so many great gems from Al Montoya, so now listen in to “You Can Call Me Al” by Paul Simon to hear the song he is often referenced!
