About the Author

Will Johnson is a teacher of embodies spirituality and meditation. A graduate of Princeton University, he’s the founder of the Institute for Embodiment Training in Costa Rica. a teaching school that views the body as the doorway, not the obstacle, to real spiritual growth and transformation. He’s the author of a number of books about the role of the body in Buddist meditation and in the poetry of the Sufi mystic Rumi.  An early student of the somatic teacher Ida Rolf, he teaches at his center in Costa Rica as well as at Buddhist centers around the world.
