Lunide talks about leaving Haiti and arriving in New York as a child—in February. Molested by her Mother’s boyfriend, Lunide was determined to take control of her environment and worked to successfully gain an education—accumulating with a Ph.D.
Her research in neuroscience and how the brain forms habits led her to develop a morning routine that dramatically changed her life. This lead to starting the Best Morning Routine Ever podcast, where she interviews successful entrepreneurs and asks them about their morning routine.
She launched The HitSavers Best Morning Routine app (link in comments) and is also offering an online course/mastermind group focused on helping others develop the discipline and principles needed to develop effective habits (link in comments).
