Welcome to my latest Apparel Success vlog, where I'm excited to share with you the story behind why I discontinued 33 products from my clothing brand. As a creator and entrepreneur, I'm always looking for ways to improve my business and provide the best possible products to my customers. Unfortunately, this sometimes means making tough decisions, and this was certainly the case when it came to these 33 products. In this video, I'll be taking you behind the scenes and sharing with you the four main reasons why I made the decision to discontinue these products. I'll be taking a deep dive into each reason, sharing my thought process, and providing examples of products that were affected. I hope that by sharing my experiences with you, it will help you make better decisions in your own business or personal life. The first reason why I discontinued these products was profitability. As much as I love creating new and exciting products, at the end of the day, I need to make sure that they are profitable. I'll be sharing with you how I how I came to the decision to discontinue those products that were not making enough money. The second reason was costs. Creating high-quality clothing takes a lot of time, effort, and money. In this video, I'll be sharing with you some of the unexpected costs that I encountered with these products and how they impacted my bottom line. The third reason was brand perception. As a clothing brand, it's important to maintain a strong brand image and identity. Unfortunately, some of these products were not aligning with our brand values or vision. I'll be sharing with you how I assessed each product's fit within our brand and why I ultimately decided to discontinue them. Finally, the fourth reason was inventory management. As a small business, managing inventory can be a challenge. In this video, I'll be sharing with you some of the inventory management issues I faced with these products and how they impacted my business. Overall, I hope this Apparel Success episode provides you with some insight into the tough decisions that entrepreneurs and clothing brand owners have to make. It's never easy to discontinue products, but sometimes it's necessary for the health and growth of your business. I'm excited to share this story with you and I hope you find it informative and valuable. Thanks for watching!
