I talk with Matt about his experiences dealing with addiction to opiates and other substances, and how that shaped his life. Matt grew up in Maine, and dealt with social anxiety from a young age. He grew an affinity to substances, which lead him to eventually become addicted to opiates. Matt found himself in jail, but eventually turned his life around to pursue becoming a physician. This story is inspiring, and I guarantee you will enjoy it.
