The second incident of vandalism has occurred this week in the Greater Boston area. The second now at Mount Hope Cemetery where monuments to war heroes and local police have been the targets. The substance poured on the statues is extremely challenging to get out and is believed to be brake fluid. Both the South Boston incident and now this Mount Hope one have caused a huge upset among the residents here in Massachusetts.
