The PC police in Massachusetts are out to criminalize the B-word — the term for a female dog also known as an insult to women. A hearing was held today on Beacon Hill to decide whether a “person who uses the word ‘bitch’ to accost, annoy, degrade or demean another shall be considered disorderly” which carries a $150 fine for a first offense and $200 or 6 months in prison for subsequent offenses. Is this effort to criminalize free speech unconstitutional?
