1 JAN 2016 · On Dec 30, John Lipinski joined the RacMan for a conversation about the changes and increases in internet radio license fees. The very next day John Lipinski's station, CPOP Christian Radio's Live365 licensed account was closed down, as well as every other person account holder; due to Live365's financial hardship, and due to the restructuring of their fees to license smaller stations. Today, The PRO reporting agencies that tabulate payout to recording artists, is considering internet radio to be in the same standing as antenna based terrestrial stations.
