18 APR 2024 · Debbie Unterman began this 52 week journey by introducing herself and the concept of Alchemy as a journey of healing. On this last show she'll dive into the most important concept of discovering the Voice of Spirit Within! She'll use examples through history and her own Spiritual Inner Journey to illustrate it on a personal level. She'll also give 7 tips on finding your own way to discovering that intuitive voice within.

11 APR 2024 · On her next-to-the-last show, Debbie Unterman will present the next to last chapter from her book, and discuss why we fall into Self-Sabotaging behavior. And of course The Shadow consists of the parts of ourselves we hate and reject, so instead we "project" that hatred onto others. Next week she will conclude with a discussion of Intuition and Inner Guidance. Please tune in.

4 APR 2024 · In honor of the 56th anniversary of the assassination of Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr., Debbie Unterman will read a short story her dad, Lewis Unterman, wrote in the early 1960's about school de-segregation in the South. (It fits perfectly within the flow from The Martyr last week to The Shadow & Saboteur, as we jump into Chapter 10 of "Talking to My Selves.") For some history on this story, we have to go back to Framingham, MA and Temple Beth Shalom 60 years ago. Rabbi Rudolvsky turned to Debbie's dad to lead the sermons on the first Friday night service of the month, called "Family Night." Of course they were geared more towards children. For one such occasion Lewis took pen to paper and wrote a little story with a moral that captured the tenor of the times. In 2500 words, that simple story still stands up today. Samson is a German Shephard "police dog" who is being used by Sheriff Scruggs in a fictional Southern town to stop integration by fear and intimidation. The brilliant twist is that it is told in the first person voice by Samson! There are more literary twists that are too good to give away. Just do yourself a favor and listen. It's something you'll never forget. I guarantee it!

28 MAR 2024 · Last week Debbie Unterman read from "Saint Joan," about one of the great historical Martyrs. This week she'll give warnings from other classics, "1984" and "A Brave New World" which are important to heed today. Remember the words from Ruth Ben-Ghiat, "The Dictator is a bully who is also a victim and has to be rescued." We are on the precipice of repeating past mistakes if we don't stay vigilant. Eyes open people!

21 MAR 2024 · Debbie Unterman continues with the next chapter of her book, which coincidentally is the very last Sub-personality she delineates. It wouldn't have been possible to understand The Martyr without the full month she spent deep-diving into the Co-Dependency Cycle and its Characters - the Rescuer, Victim and Persecutor - because it is a combination of all three of them!

14 MAR 2024 · Debbie Unterman will continue her fascinating research into the three states of the Triune Brain compared to the "Three Core Brain Systems for Mating and Reproduction" as described by anthropologist Helen Fisher.

7 MAR 2024 · After Debbie Unterman spent six weeks teaching how to understand and heal from Co-dependency, today she will teach about the Triune Brain and compare it to the three systems of the brain in love as described by Helen Fisher. Debbie has invented a unique shortcut to demonstrate how it relates to the stages of love from pure lust to a secure family attachment.
