Chef Stew is the president of this non-profit that helps people in impoverished neighborhoods to learn kitchen and restaurant skills that will help them get jobs in the restaurant industry. We talk about how The Transition Kitchen is popping up in cities all over the U.S and world, and how people can help contribute to this cause. Chef Stew also talks about his TV Show that will be coming out on Apple TV that sheds light on the good that Transition Kitchen does. Apologies for parts of the episode with poor sound quality. Chef Stew was cooking a famous R&B singer at the time of the interview.
