In this episode the Shaman discusses the understandings given to him by hundreds of generations, about his Norse ancestry, as well as its association with the Celts of southern Europe. The Shaman explains how his beliefs became aligned with those of his ancestors, combining a little of column spirituality, with a little of column modern day life. In this episode the Shaman draws on his ancestral legends knowledge to retell the story of the three Nornir sisters who reside at the Well of Urd, at the root of Yggdrasil, and their value to the modern day human being.
