94:1. And now I say unto you, my sons, love righteousness and walk therein; For the paths of righteousness are worthy of acceptation, But the paths of unrighteousness shall suddenly be destroyed and vanish.
95:2. Be not godless in your hearts, and lie not and alter not the words of uprightness...

*CHAPTER 96-100 - Hope for the Righteous*
96:3. Be hopeful, ye righteous; for suddenly shall the sinners perish before you, And ye shall have lordship over them according to your desires.
98:1. And now I swear unto you, to the wise and to the foolish, For ye shall have much experience on the earth.
100:5. And over all the righteous and holy He will appoint guardians from amongst the holy angels To guard them as the apple of an eye, Until He makes an end of all wickedness and all sin...

*CHAPTER 103-104 - Promise of Eternal Life*
103:3. I swear to you, ye righteous, that in heaven the angels remember you for good before the glory of the Great One...
104:2. Be hopeful; for aforetime ye were put to shame through ill and affliction; But now ye shall shine as the lights of heaven, Ye shall shine and ye shall be seen, And the portals of the heaven shall be opened to you.

*CHAPTER 105-106 - The Birth of Noah - The Strangest Part*

105:1. In those days they shall say unto the fathers and their children: 'The earth and its disorder is destroyed and your crime was overlooked.'
106:1. And after some days my son Methuselah took a wife for his son Lamech, and she became pregnant by him and bore a son.
2. And his body was white as snow and red as the blooming of a rose, and the hair of his head and his long locks were white as wool, and his eyes beautiful. And when he opened his eyes, he lighted up the whole house like the sun, and the whole house was very bright.
3. And thereupon he arose in the hands of the midwife, opened his mouth and conversed with the Lord of righteousness.
4. And his father Lamech was afraid of him and fled, And came to his father Methuselah.
10. And he said to Lamech: '...This son who has been born unto you will leave... the earth... and his three sons... shall be saved...'
18. And now, my son, go and make known to thy son Lamech that this son, which has been born, is in truth his son, And that this is no lie.

*CHAPTER 107-108 - Final Conclusion*

107:1. And I saw written thereon that generation after generation shall transgress till a generation of righteousness arises...
108:1. Another book which Enoch wrote for his son Methuselah and for those who will come after him, and keep the law in the last days.
2. Ye who have done good shall await... the good days...
7. And now I will summon the spirits of the good who belong to the generation of light, and I will transform those who were born in darkness, who in the flesh were not recompensed with such honour as their faithfulness deserved.
8. And I will bring forth in shining light those who have loved My holy name, And I will seat each on the throne of his honour.

Narrator: And Enoch was hidden, and no one of the children of men knew where he was hidden, and where he abode, and what had become of him.

And all his activities had to do with the Watchers, and with the holy ones.

CHAPTER 72 - The Law of the Sun
1. The book of the courses of the luminaries of the heaven, the relations of each, according to their classes, their dominion and their seasons, according to their names and places of origin, and according to their months, which Uriel, the holy angel, who was with me, who is their guide, showed me; and he showed me all their laws exactly as they are...
4. First I saw the sun go forth... through that fourth portal in the east... and in that fourth portal from which the sun rises in the first month.
6. And in that fourth portal the sun rises for thirty mornings, and sets accurately in the fourth portal in the west...
13. And the sun rises from that third portal and sets in the third portal in the west, and returns to the east and rises thirty mornings in the second portal...
32. On that day the day becomes longer than the night by a ninth part, and the day amounts exactly to ten parts and the night to eight parts.
37. And thus the sun rises, and the year is exactly as to its days three hundred and sixty-four.

CHAPTER 73 - The Moon - First Phase*
1. And after this law I saw another law dealing with the smaller luminary, which is named the Moon.
2. And its circumference is like the circumference of the heaven, and its chariot in which it rides is driven by the wind...
4. And in each of its two seven portions it waxes and wanes... and its light is seven times brighter than that of other stars.

CHAPTER 74 - The Lunar Year
1. And I saw another course, a law for her, and how according to that law she performs her monthly revolution.
2. And Uriel showed me... twelve portals in the heaven... through which the moon goes forth...
10. The moon falls behind the sun by ten days in a year.
17. And the year is accurately completed in conformity with their world-stations and the stations of the sun, which rise from the portals through which it the sun rises and sets thirty days.

CHAPTER 75 - The Stars and the Intercalary Days
1. And the leaders of the heads of the thousands, who are over the whole creation and over all the stars, have also to do with the four intercalary days, being inseparable from their office according to the reckoning of the year...
3. And on account of them men shall be at fault and not reckon them in the whole reckoning of the year: yea, men shall be at fault, and not recognize them accurately.
8. And Uriel showed me... all the laws of the luminaries in heaven...

CHAPTER 76 - The Twelve Winds*
1. And at the ends of the earth I saw twelve portals open to all the quarters of the heaven, from which the winds go forth and blow over the earth.
2. Three of them are open on the face of the heavens to the east, and three in the west, and three on the right side of the heaven, and three on the left.

CHAPTER 77 - The Four Quarters and Seven Mountains
1. And the first quarter is called the east, because it is the first: and the second, the south, because the Most High will descend there...
5. And I saw seven mountains... and seven rivers upon the earth...
7. And I saw seven great islands in the sea...

CHAPTER 78 - The Names of the Sun and Moon Phases.
1. And the names of the sun are the following: one Aryares, and the other Tomas.
2. And the moon has four names: the first name is Asonja, the second Ebla, the third Benase, and the fourth Erae.
6. And when the moon rises one-fourteenth part appears in the heaven... 7. And on the second day one-thirteenth part...
15. And thus she wanes in fourteen days, and in the remaining days she becomes invisible.

CHAPTER 79 - Conclusion of Luminaries
1. And now, my son, I have shown thee everything, and the law of all the stars of the heaven is completed.
6. These are the formations of stars, as they appear, and the time of their appearance, and their festivals and months.

CHAPTER 80 - The Corruption of Nature
1. And in those days Uriel answered and said to me: 'Behold, I have shown thee everything, O Enoch, and I have revealed everything to thee that thou shouldst see this sun and this moon, and the leaders of the stars of the heaven and all those who turn them, their tasks and times and departures.
2. And in the days of the sinners the years shall be shortened, And their seed shall be tardy on their lands and fields...
7. And many chiefs of the stars shall transgress the order, And these shall alter their orbits and tasks, And not appear at the seasons prescribed to them.

CHAPTER 81 - Enoch Sent Back to Instruct
1. And he said unto me: 'Observe, Enoch, these heavenly tablets, And read what is written thereon, And mark every individual fact:

1. The first Parable. When the congregation of the righteous shall appear, And sinners shall be judged for their sins, And shall be driven from the face of the earth:

51. And in those days shall the earth also give back that which has been entrusted to it, And Sheol also shall give back that which it has received...
53. There shall be a judgement of sinners by the Son of Man.

55. And Michael and Gabriel, Raphael and Phanuel... shall in those days cast them into the deep furnace of burning.

61. And I saw how the angels... were preparing scourges and chains for the hosts of Azazel...

62. And the Lord commanded the kings and the mighty and the exalted... and said: 'Open your eyes and lift up your horns if ye are able to recognize the Elect One.'

But knowledge without action becomes pride. So today we get practical.

If Jesus gave us authority in Chapter 6, what does it actually look like to use it?
That’s what Chapter 9 is about.

*[SEGMENT 1 - HEALING VS DELIVERANCE - 1:00-3:00]*

First, let’s define terms, because confusion here causes a lot of damage.

*Healing* is when God restores the body. Sickness, disease, pain.
*Deliverance* is when God sets a person free from demonic oppression or bondage.

They overlap a lot. But they’re not the same thing.

Look at Jesus in Luke 4:18-19:
_"He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed."_

Notice two things: sight to the blind, and liberty to the oppressed.

Key principle: Not every sickness is demonic. John 9:3. Jesus healed a man born blind and said it wasn’t because of sin.
But sometimes there is a spiritual root.

Our job isn’t to diagnose. Our job is to pray with compassion and trust God with the outcome.

*[SEGMENT 2 - THE GOAL: FREEDOM TO BE FILLED - 3:00-4:30]*

Here’s the biggest mistake we can make.
We pray, the person feels better, and we send them home.

Jesus warned about that in Matthew 12. A spirit leaves, the house is empty, and 7 worse come back.

So the goal of deliverance is not just freedom _from_.
It’s freedom _to_.

Freedom to be filled with the Holy Spirit.
Freedom to be filled with truth.
Freedom to follow Jesus.

If we cast out but don’t fill, we’ve only done half the job.
Freedom leads to filling. Filling leads to following.

*[SEGMENT 3 - THE 5-STEP MODEL - 4:30-9:30]*

So what do we actually do? Let me give you a simple, biblical 5-step model you can use this week.

*STEP 1: PREPARE - In Private*
Before you ever pray for someone else, check yourself.
Confess sin. Put on the armor from Ephesians 6. Pray.
And don’t do this alone. Jesus sent disciples out two by two. Matthew 18:20. Wisdom and safety matter.

*STEP 2: CONNECT - With the Person*
Sit down. Listen. Ask: “How long has this been going on? What triggers it?”
Then ask permission: “Can I pray for you in Jesus’ name?”
Most people say yes. And explain it simply: “We’re going to ask Jesus to bring freedom and peace.”

*STEP 3: COMMAND - In Jesus’ Name*
This is where authority comes in.
Keep your eyes on the person, not on looking for manifestations. Stay calm.
Use Scripture and Jesus’ name. Mark 1:25: _"Be silent, and come out."_
Acts 16:18: _"I command you in the name of Jesus Christ to come out."_
If you’re led, you can be specific: “Spirit of fear, in Jesus’ name, leave.”
But remember: You’re not negotiating. You’re commanding.

*STEP 4: MINISTER - After the Command*
Don’t leave the room empty.
Pray for the Holy Spirit to fill them. Luke 11:13.
Speak truth over them: “You are forgiven. You are a child of God. You are free.”
And pray for healing in their body, mind, and emotions. James 5:14

*STEP 5: FOLLOW UP - The Next 40 Days*
This is where most people drop the ball.
Get them into community. Get them in the Word daily. Help them renounce lies and embrace truth.
2 Corinthians 10:4-5. And get them worshipping. The enemy hates worship.

*[SEGMENT 4 - GUARDRAILS + FAQ - 9:30-11:30]*
*HOST*:
4 quick guardrails so we stay biblical and safe:

*One*: It’s about Jesus, not the demon. Don’t interview demons. Don’t chase manifestations. Keep pointing to Christ.
*Two*: Stay calm. 2 Timothy 1:7. God hasn’t given us a spirit of fear.
*Three*: Stay in Scripture. If it’s not in the Bible, don’t do it.
*Four*: Know your limits. Partner with pastors, elders, and for medical issues, get professional help. We pray AND we use wisdom.

Let me answer 2 questions I get a lot.

*Q: What if nothing happens?*
Keep praying. Mark 9:29. Some things are instant. Some are process. Don’t measure by drama. Measure by peace.

*Q: Can I do this over the phone?*
Yes. Authority isn’t limited by distance. Matthew 8:8. The centurion’s servant was healed remotely.

Here’s a simple prayer you can use:
_"Jesus, thank You that You are here and You are greater.
In Your name, I command every spirit of to leave right now. You have no right here.
Holy Spirit, come and fill every empty place with Your peace and truth.
Jesus, heal and restore. In Your name, Amen."_[fear][addiction][oppression]

Today we’re talking about discernment. Basically: how do you know if a thought is from God, from you, or from the enemy?
Because most of spiritual warfare isn’t loud. It’s a whisper. A suggestion. A half-truth.

So let’s get practical. No fear, no weirdness. Just Scripture.

Hebrews 5:14 says this:
_"Solid food is for the mature, for those who have their powers of discernment trained by constant practice to distinguish good from evil."_

Did you catch that? _Trained by constant practice_.
Discernment isn’t a spiritual gift that only 3 people have. It’s a muscle. And we train it.

Here’s what it is: The ability to ask 3 questions:
Is this from God?
Is this from me?
Or is this from the enemy?

And what it’s NOT: It’s not paranoia. Not every bad thought is a demon.
It’s not just “a vibe.” We don’t go by feelings alone.
And it’s not judging people. We discern ideas and spirits, not to condemn people.

Every day you’re hearing 3 voices. Let me break them down fast.

*Voice 1: God*
His tone? Convicting, but loving. It leads you to repentance, not shame.

This one is self-focused. Anxious. “What about me? What if I fail?”
It’s about comfort, image, and control.

His goal? Isolate you. Shame you. Get you to sin and run from God.
His result? Despair.

Jesus said in John 10:27: _"My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me."_
So how do we get better at hearing Him? We practice.

Here’s your practical filter. I call these the 5 Tests. Run any thought, decision, or “word” through these.

*Test 1: The Scripture Test - 1 John 4:1*
_"Test the spirits to see whether they are from God"_
God will never tell you something that contradicts the Bible.
If you hear “God told me to cheat” or “just leave your marriage” and the Bible says the opposite, that’s not God. Simple.

*Test 2: The Jesus Test - 1 John 4:2-3*
Does this lift up Jesus? Does it point to the cross, grace, and truth?
The enemy talks about you and your problems. God talks about Jesus.

*Test 3: The Peace Test - Colossians 3:15*
_"Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts"_
God’s leading gives deep peace, even if it’s hard.
The enemy gives anxiety and pressure. “Do it NOW or you’ll miss it!” God is not in a rush.

*Test 4: The Fruit Test - Matthew 7:16*
_"You will recognize them by their fruits"_
Ask: Where will this lead me in 1 week?
God’s voice leads to love, joy, peace, patience. Galatians 5:22
The enemy’s voice leads to fear, bitterness, lust, isolation.

*Test 5: The Counsel Test - Proverbs 15:22*
_"Without counsel plans fail, but with many advisers they succeed."_
Don’t make big decisions alone. Tell a pastor, a mentor, a godly friend.
If you’re hiding it, that’s a red flag.

So again: Scripture, Jesus, Peace, Fruit, Counsel. Write those down.

*[SEGMENT 4 - HOW DECEPTION WORKS + HOW TO TRAIN - 8:30-10:30]*

Quick note on how deception usually comes:
1. *Twisting Scripture* - Like in Matthew 4. The enemy quoted the Bible to Jesus but took it out of context.
2. *Urgency and Shame* - “If you were really spiritual you’d do this.” God doesn’t shame you.
3. *False Teaching* - 2 Peter 2:1. Things that sound Christian but deny the cross.

So how do we train? 3 drills:
*One*: Daily Word and prayer. You can’t recognize God’s voice if you never hear it.
*Two*: Journal it. Write: “I think God said ___. Here’s what happened.” Review it in 30 days.
*Three*: In the moment ask: “Does this sound like Jesus? And where will this lead me?”

And hey, you’re going to miss it sometimes. That’s okay. 1 John 2:1 says we have an advocate. Repent, get up, and keep listening.

We’ve talked about authority. Now let’s talk about defense.

Because having authority doesn’t mean you stop getting attacked.
Paul ends his letter to the Ephesians with a battle plan. Not theory. A daily uniform.

*1. The Context: "We Do Not Wrestle Against Flesh and Blood"*

*Ephesians 6:10-12*
_"Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places."_

Key words:
1. *"Be strong in the Lord"* - Not your strength. His.
2. *"Schemes"* - _methodeia_ = methods, strategies. Satan has a playbook
3. *"Stand"* - Used 4 times in this passage. The goal isn’t to win new ground every day. It’s to not fall

*2. The Armor, Piece by Piece*

Paul pictures a Roman soldier. Each piece answers a specific attack.

*A. The Belt of Truth - _aletheia*_
_"Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth"_ v.14

The belt held everything together. Without truth, everything falls apart.
*What attacks it*: Lies, deception, confusion, "Did God really say?" Genesis 3:1
*How to put it on*: Daily Scripture, honesty, rejecting lies about God, yourself, and others. John 8:32 _"You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."_

*B. The Breastplate of Righteousness*
_"and having put on the breastplate of righteousness"_ v.14

But binding isn’t magic. It’s agreeing with what God has already bound in heaven.

*6. Common Questions*

*Q1: Can a Christian be demon-possessed?*
The word is "demonized" = to be under influence. The NT never shows a believer being "possessed" in the same way as the Gadarene.
Why? The Holy Spirit dwells in us. 1 John 4:4.
But believers _can_ be oppressed, tempted, lied to, and influenced. That’s why we put on armor.

*Q2: What if it doesn’t work right away?*
Mark 9:29 _"This kind cannot be driven out by anything but prayer."_
Sometimes it’s immediate. Sometimes it takes persistent prayer, fasting, and community. Don’t give up.

*Q3: Do I need a special anointing or title?*
No. Mark 16:17 says _"those who believe."_ If you believe in Jesus, this is for you. But maturity, wisdom, and covering from church leaders is wise. Don’t go alone.

Authority isn’t for a show. It’s for 3 things:
1. *Freedom* - Set captives free. Luke 4:18

3. *Worship* - People don’t leave talking about the demon. They leave talking about Jesus

This happened in the synagogue, on the Sabbath, during teaching. Demons hate it when God’s Word is being proclaimed.

*2. Case Study B: Legion - Mark 5:1-20, Luke 8:26-39, Matthew 8:28-34*
*The most detailed deliverance in the Gospels*

A man living among tombs in the Gadarenes.
- *Symptoms*: Cutting himself, superhuman strength, chains broken, naked, crying out night and day
- *The conversation*:
Jesus: "What is your name?"
Demon: "Legion, for we are many." A Roman legion = 3,000-6,000 soldiers
- *The request*: Don’t send us to the abyss. Send us into the pigs.
- *The result*: 2,000 pigs run into the sea and drown. The man is "clothed and in his right mind"

*What we learn:*
1. *Demons can be many in one person* - "Legion" shows organization and numbers
2. *Demons fear judgment* - They begged not to go to the abyss. They know Revelation 20 is coming
3. *Demons destroy* - They’d rather kill 2,000 pigs than leave the region. Their goal is ruin
4. *The town’s response*: They asked Jesus to leave. Freedom was less valuable to them than their pigs and comfort
5. *The man’s response*: "Let me come with you." Jesus: "Go home and tell what God has done." Deliverance leads to mission

Key verse: Mark 5:19 _"Go home to your friends and tell them how much the Lord has done for you"_

*3. Case Study C: The Boy with Seizures - Mark 9:14-29, Matthew 17:14-21, Luke 9:37-43*
*When the disciples couldn’t cast it out*

A father brings his son. The spirit causes:
- Seizures, foaming, grinding teeth, rigidity
- Tried to kill him by throwing him into fire and water since childhood

The disciples had tried and failed. Jesus arrives.

*The conversation:*
Father: _"If you can do anything, have compassion on us and help us."_
Jesus: _"If you can! All things are possible for one who believes."_
Father: _"I believe; help my unbelief!"_

Jesus rebukes the spirit: _"You mute and deaf spirit, I command you, come out of him and never enter him again."_ The boy looks dead, then Jesus raises him up.

Later the disciples ask: _"Why could we not cast it out?"_
Jesus: _"This kind cannot be driven out by anything but prayer."_ Mark 9:29

*What we learn:*
1. *Some oppression is long-term* - "from childhood." Persistence is needed
2. *Faith + unbelief can exist together* - God meets us in "help my unbelief"
