Script   Part 2 – Career, Plans, Decisions and Professional Responsibility I would like to talk about my academic and professional journey, my plans, and the importance of flexibility and adaptability. Currently, I work and study at the same time. My work experience has helped me develop important skills such as communication, responsibility, teamwork, and problem-solving. At the same time, I am studying Analysis and Development of Software because I want to learn new skills and have better professional opportunities in the future. In my academic context, I have to be organized because I need to balance my studies and my work. I must be responsible with my assignments and I should manage my time effectively. I believe that making good decisions is very important in both work and academic environments. If I have a problem, I look for a solution and learn from the experience. If people work as a team, they can find better solutions to problems.   For my future, if I continue studying and improving my skills, I will have better professional opportunities. I know that I have to be flexible because the workplace is constantly changing. I also have to adapt to new technologies and new responsibilities. I have some professional goals. If I have the opportunity to work in the software development area, I will use my previous work experience and my new technological skills to do my job responsibly. I also think that leadership is not only about giving orders. A good leader should listen to others, communicate clearly, make responsible decisions, and help the team. If I were a team leader, I would listen to my coworkers, support them, and look for solutions together.   Finally, I believe that flexibility, adaptability, and self-direction are essential for professional growth. We must be willing to learn, accept changes, and take responsibility for our decisions.
