She is the creator of the 7Q coaching method, a holistic approach built on years of behavioural science, and is the author of ‘Understanding Teen Stress &amp; Anxiety: A Parent’s Guide To Building Love &amp; Connection (Amazon).<br /><br /><b>Dr. Aninda Sidhana</b> is a compassionate Psychiatrist whose work is deeply rooted in survivor-centered advocacy. With a specialization in post-traumatic growth, she focuses on helping individuals not only recover from trauma but also discover pathways to resilience, empowerment, and renewed purpose.
