In this episode of Living Through It with Lois, I share the powerful lessons God placed on my heart from our choir annual day and Sunday worship. Some days I may sound tired. Some days emotional. Some days hopeful. Some days honest about struggling. But my goal is to create a space where people living with chronic illness feel seen, understood, encouraged, and supported.

In this first episode, I talk about: ✨ What inspired me to finally start this podcast
✨ The emotional side of autoimmune disease
✨ The pressure of trying to stay strong
✨ Feeling invisible while fighting invisible illness
✨ Why vulnerability scares me
✨ Learning to keep showing up despite fear
✨ Giving myself permission to start imperfectly

If you are someone living with chronic illness, chronic fatigue, autoimmune disease, mental exhaustion, or simply navigating hard seasons in life, I hope this podcast reminds you that your story still matters and your life still has purpose — even on the difficult days.

Thank you for being here from the very beginning of this journey with me. Your support truly means more than you know. 💙

Please subscribe, follow, and share this episode with someone who may need encouragement today.

Remember: You do not have to be perfect to keep moving forward. Some days strength simply looks like still showing up.

🎙️ New episodes coming soon.

#StillShowingUpPodcast
#RheumatoidArthritis
#LupusWarrior
#AutoimmuneDisease
#ChronicIllness
#InvisibleIllness
#SpoonieLife
#HealingJourney
#FaithThroughTheFlare
#MentalHealthAwareness
#BrainFog
#Fatigue
#RAWarrior
#HopeAndHealing
#StillShowingUp</itunes:summary><itunes:duration>300</itunes:duration><itunes:explicit>false</itunes:explicit><itunes:image href="https://d3wo5wojvuv7l.cloudfront.net/t_rss_itunes_square_1400/images.spreaker.com/original/0f578e357b0c7e5c5cef7e0b1f254c39.jpg"/><itunes:episodeType>full</itunes:episodeType>
