 But the context matters. Central Louisiana is also ground zero for some of Louisiana's most aggressive anti-industry opposition. Masingill has a clear philosophy on that: show up anywhere, answer every question, respond to legitimate concerns, but don't be intimidated by groups whose mission is to seed dissent, not seek truth. And when it comes to data centers specifically, he makes the case this isn't just about jobs.
