My short-term plan is to finish my program with excellent performance. If I work hard and stay focused (first conditional), I will achieve my professional goals and open doors to new opportunities.

In the work context, challenges are constant. If I were in a difficult situation at work (second conditional), I would adapt my strategies and make responsible decisions to reach positive results.
