Bloody hell, I was right about the masks, eh? You could guess it would be toxic. Everything they bloody provide causes harm.
If you provide products, ostensibly to protect people's health, that only ever charm health rather than improve it, then it's pretty
clear, your attempt to protect people's health was disingenuous. They entice us with promises of goodwill and good intention,
and then bloody poison us. The elites are not our friends, not our leaders, and do not have our best interests at heart.
We need to elect our own representatives at the grassroots - a bloke like Ant Middleton or Tommy Robinson.
our leaders must be one of us, not a bloody Freemason, and an independent not attached to any political party.
The political parties are all run by the Fabian Society. The new parties must be built from the grassroots.
All those on the committee must make a pledge and cannot belong to any secretive clubs like Freemasonry.

On today's podcast, the Two Peas Andy and Tim discussed geopolitics based on Tim's analysis of fellow Canadian Prof. Jiang's view of the current state of geopolitics in the advent to World War III. Like Prof. Jiang, Tim's lived in both hemispheres, so many of Jiang's observations resonated with Tim. Tim does not believe the world's chokepoints like the Strait of Hormuz will disrupt the supply chain to the point of famine. There may be some significsmt biuts if rationing, but no famine, he contends. As for the planned White genocide, the Two Peas concluse that intermarriage betwwen native Westerners and migrants will mitigate the clash of civilizations and a slightly toasted browned white bread will emerge in the next generation.

In light of recent public discussion surrounding Operation Hummingbird, including criticism raised by politicians and commentators regarding the handling of the investigation, I would be grateful if the following questions could be put to DCS Hughes Cheshire Police.
The purpose of these questions is to seek clarity regarding investigative procedures, evidential standards, expert selection, media conduct, and wider issues of public accountability.
Initial Decision to Launch the Investigation
Following relatively brief discussions with Dr Stephen Brearey and Dr Ravi Jayaram, what evidence was considered sufficient to justify the launch of a major criminal investigation into alleged murders?
The initial decision to launch a major criminal investigation (Operation Hummingbird) in May 2017 was triggered by a meeting between Cheshire Police and consultants Dr Stephen Brearey and Dr Ravi Jayaram. While hospital management had previously resisted, the police deemed the evidence presented—primarily focused on an "unexplained and unexpected" surge in baby deaths and collapses—sufficient to warrant a formal investigation.The evidence presented by the consultants in 2017 included the following key elements:The "Common Link": The consultants presented data indicating that nearly all the suspicious neonatal deaths and collapses occurred on shifts worked by one nurse—Lucy Letby.A "Pattern of Emergencies": Following a shift change, the consultants observed that the cluster of unexplained emergencies moved from night shifts to day shifts, matching Letby's new rota.Specific Clinical Incidents: Dr Jayaram informed the police of an incident in February 2016 where he found Letby standing over a deteriorating, premature baby with a dislodged breathing tube, failing to take action.Failed Internal Investigations: The consultants informed police that previous reviews—including a thematic review of neonatal mortality conducted in February 2016—had failed to explain the rising mortality rates.Evidence of Poisoning: Dr Brearey later cited the discovery of a blood test from 2015 showing extremely high insulin levels, which he believed provided evidence of intentional poisoning.Shift in Management Position:Although doctors had been raising these concerns since at least June 2015, hospital management initially dismissed them, even forcing consultants to apologize to Letby in early 2017. The decision to involve police in May 2017 was driven by the consultants bypassing senior management and forcing an external review of the evidence.Note: Following the 2024 convictions, some medical experts and a defence-convened panel have disputed the medical evidence used in the trial, arguing the deaths could be attributed to natural causes, poor care, or infections.
At the time the investigation began, medical certificates and post-mortem findings reportedly recorded natural causes of death in the cases concerned. Given this, what evidential threshold was met that warranted treating the deaths as suspected homicides rather than first pursuing broader clinical review procedures?
Consultation With the Coroner
Before commencing the criminal investigation, did Cheshire Constabulary consult the coroner responsible for the cases?

If not, why was this standard avenue not pursued first, particularly given the existence of original medical and post-mortem conclusions?

Based on reports surrounding the Lucy Letby investigation, Cheshire Constabulary was accused of failing to consult the coroner and, according to a former coroner, failed to disclose key information to the coroner's office regarding suspicions about the deaths.Failure to Notify: In December 2024, Alan Moore, the former senior coroner for Cheshire, stated he was never told by hospital bosses of suspicions surrounding Lucy Letby when he was reviewing deaths that occurred in 2017.Coroner's Evidence: Mr. Moore stated that if he had been told of the concerns, he would have contacted the police immediately.Police Investigation Handling: Evidence indicated that Cheshire Police did not act on initial reports regarding the suspicious cases in 2018, leading to a "failure to read or act" on information provided at that time.Whistleblower Reports: Stephanie Davies, a senior coroner's officer in Cheshire, claimed she was suspended for raising concerns about the investigations.While the police and coroner often work together, in the specific context of the high-profile investigations into Lucy Letby, reports suggest there was a critical breakdown in communication between the hospital, police, and the coroner’s office

Use of Independent Pathologists and Medical Review Panels
Why were Home Office pathologists not commissioned at an earlier stage to independently review the original autopsy findings?

Medical cases of this complexity would ordinarily involve extensive examination of:
Full medical records
X-rays and imaging
Pathology and microbiology reports
Infection levels and infection-control procedures
Staffing pressures and ward conditions
Neonatal practices and clinical protocols

Why was the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health not asked to recommend or appoint a multidisciplinary independent review panel to assess all aspects of the cases before criminal conclusions were pursued?

Appointment of Dr Dewi Evans
Why was Dr Dewi Evans selected as the principal expert witness and reviewer for the investigation?
Publicly available information indicates that Dr Evans was not a practising neonatologist and did not possess extensive hands-on neonatal intensive care experience. He also later stated in court that he would not describe himself as an “expert,” despite acting professionally as an expert witness following retirement.
Given the seriousness and complexity of the allegations, why was reliance placed so heavily upon a single expert rather than a broader panel of recognised neonatal specialists?
Was this considered best investigative practice in a case involving highly specialised neonatal medicine?
In addition, before appointing Dr Evans, did Cheshire Constabulary carry out any background review into his publicly expressed views, published commentary, or previous conduct as an expert witness?
There are publicly available reports and online material alleging that Dr Evans previously expressed controversial views regarding the decriminalisation of certain sexual acts involving minors. Whether accurate or not, was this information known to the force at the time of his appointment, and if so, why was it not considered relevant when assessing his suitability to act as the lead expert in such a sensitive and high-profile criminal investigation?

If this information was not known at the time, what due diligence procedures were undertaken before appointing him?

Why were the consultants involved in the original unit invited to participate in aspects of the investigation despite having been present during the events under investigation?
Given that they were members of the clinical environment in which the alleged incidents occurred, was consideration given to potential conflicts of interest or the need to treat all relevant parties as possible witnesses or suspects until evidence excluded them?

Consideration of Alternative Medical Explanations
Two central prosecution theories reportedly relied upon by Dr Evans included:
That cardiac air embolism could only have resulted from deliberate air injection.
That bleeding beneath the liver capsule in Baby O could only have resulted from traumatic assault.
A review of published medical literature and standard online medical resources appears to show that both conditions can arise from a range of non-criminal causes in neonates.
Did Cheshire Constabulary or its investigators independently review broader medical literature regarding neonatal air embolism and subcapsular hepatic haematoma?
If alternative explanations existed within established medical literature, why were these not given greater weight during the investigation?

Do you believe it is sound policing practice to treat disputed medical hypotheses as effectively confirmatory evidence in a criminal case?

Statistical Evidence and the Roster Chart
Did Cheshire Constabulary authorise or approve the use of the staffing roster chart presented during the case, which suggested that Lucy Letby’s presence during incidents was itself indicative of guilt?

Given subsequent criticism of this chart by statisticians and mathematicians, was independent statistical expertise ever sought regarding the reliability and presentation of such evidence?
Interpretation of the “Confession Note”
Who authorised the interpretation and presentation of the handwritten note widely referred to publicly as a “confession note”?

The note also contained statements such as “I have done nothing wrong” and references to accusations made against the author. Was consideration given to the possibility that the wording reflected distress, self-blame, or repetition of allegations being made during the investigation rather than a literal confession?
Were any parts of the note written during or shortly after police questioning?

Publication of Diary Entries
Did Cheshire Constabulary authorise or assist the publication of diary photographs interpreted by media outlets as marking alleged crimes with the letters “LO”?
Hospital workers and healthcare staff have stated that these markings appeared instead to read “LD,” commonly understo

On her way out, Diane called Barbara a “stupid old bitch”.At this point, it was clear that Robert and his family were not going to look after Paul and Barbara and Peter knows Barbara cannot cope, so he became their full-time carer. Peter, Barbara. Peter becomes full time carer

Verbal and emotional abuse. Robert, Shirley and Diane had reneged on the agreement to look after Paul and Barbara, which was a Breach of trust.

We published what is, to our knowledge, one of the most comprehensive COVID-19 vaccine injury case studies to date.

This 55-year-old patient underwent:

40+ emergency department visits
200+ specialist evaluations across 18 medical disciplines
100+ advanced laboratory investigations
100+ imaging and functional studies

Across multiple biospecimens (plasma, circulating exosomes, PBMCs, and skin tissue) and multiple independent laboratories, we detected:

Vaccine-derived spike mRNA sequences in circulating exosomes more than 3.5 years after the final injection
Plasmid DNA elements (including spike gene sequences, ori regions, and SV40 enhancer sequences) in skin tissue
Persistent spike protein in plasma, exosomes, monocyte subsets, and skin tissue

Importantly:

SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid antibodies were negative across five separate timepoints and three laboratories
Nucleocapsid protein was not detected in tissue specimens

These findings effectively rule out SARS-CoV-2 infection as a source.At minimum, this case demonstrates that in at least some individuals, vaccine-derived genetic sequences and spike protein can persist for years after mRNA vaccination — contradicting earlier false claims that the material would degrade rapidly. The next step is systematic population-level investigation.

The government has dropped plans requiring workers to sign up to its digital ID scheme in order to prove their right to work in the UK.By 2029, right to work checks will be done digitally – for example by using biometric passports – but registering with the new digital ID programme will be optional.This marks a shift from last year when the government first announced the policy and Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer told an audience: "You will not be able to work in the United Kingdom if you do not have digital ID. It's as simple as that."Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch said "Good riddance. It was a terrible policy anyway."

She said the move by Labour represented "another U-turn".The change of policy is the latest in a series of U-turns the government has made since it came to power – including climbdowns on welfare reforms, reducing winter fuel payments and inheritance tax for farmers.When the government first announced the policy plan, it argued that mandatory digital ID for workers would make it easier to clamp down on immigrants working illegally.The scheme, it is understood, will now deal less narrowly with immigration and the government will instead place more emphasis on the argument that digital ID can be a useful tool for the public when accessing public services.Transport Secretary Heidi Alexander told BBC Radio 4's Today programme the government was still "absolutely committed" to mandatory digital right to work checks, including through biometric passports, and said digitising the system would help crack down on illegal working."The digital ID could be one way in which you prove your eligibility to work through a digital right to work check," she said."At the moment we've got a paper-based system - there's no proper records kept."It makes it very difficult then to target enforcement action sensibly against businesses that are employing illegal workers."Former home secretary Lord David Blunkett, who supported ID cards when he was in government, told the same programme the government had not explained why the policy mattered or how it would work, so it was "not surprising" to see another U-turn."The original statement was not followed by a narrative or supportive statements or any kind of strategic plan which involved other ministers and those who are committed to this actually making the case," he said."As a consequence, those who are opposed to the scheme, for all kinds of nefarious and very different reasons, some of them inexplicable, were able to mobilise public opinion and to get the online opposition to it up and running."Polling showed that public support for digital ID collapsed after Sir Keir's announcement, falling from just over half the population being supportive in June to less than a third of the population just after his speech.Nearly three million people have signed a parliamentary petition opposing the introduction of digital IDs.There has also been nervousness among some Labour MPs over the compulsory aspect of the original proposal.Whatever they think of the change to this specific policy, Labour MPs are growing increasingly frustrated with the government's U-turns.Some had already been wary of defending controversial government policies to their constituents because they feared that the policy would inevitably be reversed.One furious Labour MP told the BBC last night that the latest U-turn was "an absolute car crash", adding: "The boys at No 10 jumped into it with no thought, marched the PLP up the hill only to bottle it, take all the pain and no credit."

Employers already have to check if someone they want to hire has the right to work in the UK.Since 2022, employers have been able to do checks on passport-holding British and Irish citizens using digital verification services certified by the government.There is also a Home Office online scheme which verifies the status of some non-British or Irish citizens, whose immigration status is held electronically.The details of how digital ID will work have yet to be set out but it is expected to be based on two government-built systems: Gov.uk One Login and Gov.uk Wallet.Currently more than 12 million people have signed up to One Login, which can be used for services such as applying for a veteran card, cancelling a lost passport or managing a lasting power of attorney.Gov.uk Wallet has not yet been launched but would allow people to store their digital ID on their smartphones.The digital ID would include name, date of birth, nationality and residence status and a photo.

The astonishing admission has emerged in a leak to a French newspaper, showing the British Prime Minister has begged for action to halt the rising numbers of small boats crossing the Channel.More than 60,000 migrants have arrived in Britain via dinghy since Labour’s election last year.One of Sir Keir’s first acts was to abandon the Conservative deterrent plan of flying all small boat arrivals to Rwanda.His own policy of deporting a small proportion of such illegals back across the Channel has seen only 153 go back - with, farcically, at least two of THEM immediately returning to England. And 134 ‘legitimate’ migrants have been flown here in return.Crucially, since the small-boat crossings began in 2018, France has refused to intervene against dinghies or migrants in water as little as ankle deep, through fear of drownings.Only now is action to begin, following Sir Keir’s desperate plea – but safety remains paramount.

Asylum seekers in the UK will no longer be allowed to use taxpayer-funded taxis for most medical appointments starting in February, as the government ends the "unrestricted use" of taxis. This change was announced by Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood following a BBC investigation into the cost of travel, which found widespread and sometimes very long taxi journeys. Under the new rules, taxis will be restricted to only "exceptional" cases that require direct Home Office approval, such as for people with physical disabilities, chronic illnesses, or pregnancy-related needs.

Parents threatened and blamed by authorities as 1,000 adopted children returned to care.

Verity's breaking point with her adopted son Liam came after she had already been threatened with knives and arrested by police following untrue allegations.Her husband Ian recounts that she said at one point to a social worker: "What if we just can't do this any more?" He says the social worker's reply came without a moment's hesitation: "You'll be prosecuted for child abandonment."Verity and Ian are just two of 50 parents the BBC has spoken to during a six-month investigation into why adoptive families are being broken apart and their children returned to care.It has uncovered a hidden world where parents are subjected to lies and blame by authorities across the UK, as they struggle with the needs of traumatised children who have often suffered abuse and neglect before they were removed from their birth families.Parents speak of being threatened, harassed and pushed into mental health crisis, while one adopted teenager who returned to care says that with more support his family might still be together now.Warning - this story contains discussion of suicideThe BBC conducted the most extensive Freedom of Information request ever into adoptions that have broken down, finding that more than 1,000 adopted children in the UK have returned to care in the past five years. That is much higher than the figure in a recent government report - but the true number is likely to be even larger, as only a third of authorities said they collected this data as standard practice.One couple told us the issue is a "national scandal" and that "adoption as it stands" is "not fit for purpose".As part of the investigation, we also learned:

Nearly a quarter of the adoptive parents who spoke to the BBC said they had been taken into police custody as a result of allegations of abuse by their children, which were later found to be untrue
A whistleblowing social worker revealed a culture of blame against parents when adoptions run into problems and said they are "sold a lie" about post-adoption support
New research by Lancaster University found that 38% of adoptive parents said they had considered returning a child to care

A Department for Education spokesperson said that "adoptive parents do an incredible job providing a loving and supportive home to some of the most vulnerable children in our society", and that while those arrangements sometimes break down "support is in place to help adoptive families and keep them together where possible".The department said it will offer families earlier and better support through the Children's Wellbeing and Schools Bill. But neither the government nor the Local Government Association, which represents local authorities in England and Wales, responded to the BBC's questions about parents being threatened and blamed.Verity and Ian, from Yorkshire, adopted their son Liam and daughter Lauren 15 years ago, when Liam was two-and-a-half and his little sister was one.As Liam grew, his behaviour became volatile and increasingly violent, throwing things and screaming at his parents.They now know that before Liam was adopted, he had lived in a household where there was extensive domestic abuse.

Verity and Ian were sent on seven parenting courses during Liam's childhood, which Verity says placed the blame on them as a couple. Meanwhile, she says: "The fundamental cause of his behaviour is being totally missed and ignored. The trauma is being totally ignored."The couple recall good times, too, as they supported Liam's passion for dance, watching him at countless competitions. But they describe his teenage years as a "living hell" and they feared for their safety as he would threaten them with knives.One morning, Verity left a note for Ian and drove to the coast with the intention of killing herself. A passer-by spoke to her, which she says saved her life.On another occasion, after one of Liam's meltdowns, his parents called the police as they had been advised to in a situation like this. But it was Verity who was arrested, after Liam accused her of assault."It's the worst experience I've ever had. And that was the point at which I knew that we couldn't even phone the police any more," she says.

Verity was released without charge but she and Ian knew they could not continue to live with Liam. Having already been threatened with prosecution, however, Ian said they knew the process of returning Liam to care would be "adversarial" and "laden with threats and misleading bullying tactics".Similar legislation across the nations of the UK allows children to be taken back into care, but local authorities require each case to reach a "threshold" where they need to intervene, which usually means looking for evidence of abuse or neglect.Ian and Verity's home was described in one local authority document as "not a place where Liam feels loved and supported". Verity says: "The way it's written is still blaming us as parents for the home situation, but actually that is not the case at all."

'My heart just broke'
In the end, worried they could no longer keep their daughter safe, Verity and Ian felt they had to force the local authority's hand. Through their solicitor, they gave a deadline after which they would no longer be able to offer Liam a home, and it would become the council's duty to accommodate him.Liam was away from the house, working with one of the dance competition organisers, when she broke the news to him. "She came up to me and she was like, 'I've just had a call with your social worker and you can't go home'," he told the BBC."And just hearing that, my heart just broke."Verity says: "It was awful. It was traumatic. It was haphazard. We were forced into doing it this way, and essentially making him homeless, in order for the local authority to get their acts together."Now aged 17, settled and living independently after several previous moves, Liam takes responsibility for his behaviour, but says it is "a shame that it's impacted what I call a family". He says returning to care was "the kick up the arse" that he needed."But I think if social services had sorted themselves out, and I think if we had sorted ourselves out, personally, we could have pushed through and maybe it would have been a different situation," he said.

Social workers are involved in every adopted child's case and often families continue to need their support for many years. They also play a vital role in identifying and helping children at genuine risk of harm.Verity and Ian's local authority, North Yorkshire Council, said it couldn't discuss individual cases, but it recognised "how difficult challenges linked to adoption can be for families" and it said it provided "compassionate, practical support when this happens".Parents who can no longer cope, or no longer feel they can keep their family safe, have to take the "heartbreaking" decision to "legally abandon" their son or daughter, says Damien Dobson, a specialist adoption solicitor.Over the past five years he has worked with more than 400 families and says the numbers seeking help are rising.England's Children Act is outdated, Mr Dobson says. He says local authorities should have an option to voluntarily accommodate a child that would be considered beyond the parent's control, without the presumed need for evidence of blame.

'Desperate for help'
Verity and Ian were among dozens of families the BBC met in Manchester, at an event organised by a group called Patch - which stands for Passionate Adopters Targeting Change with Hope - whose members are adoptive families challenging what they see as fundamental failings in the system."Adoption is lifelong, so must be the support," says Jackie from Essex, one of the parents.Fiona Wells, who is adopted herself and a social worker, set up the group after she faced huge issues with her three adopted children. Patch now has more than 1,800 online members. "Families are joining us all the time who are desperate for help, who have reached crisis," she says.

Misdiagnosed and drugged, the true story of Leonard Lawrence

Leonard Lawrence was a fully fit and experienced commercial/airline pilot. He had been working for British Aerospace since 1989 when he experienced and recorded his first ‘fume event’ – the presence in a plane’s onboard air system of toxins. In the most serious cases, these toxins contain organophosphates identical to those responsible for deaths and brain damage among agricultural workers. Research was conducted on behalf of the United States Air Force and early warnings were given in 1955 of the neurological dangers of aircraft cabin bleed air.On the 29th of November 1991, just as his aircraft reached take-off speed, the flight deck filled with hot acrid fumes that were so dense it was impossible to see the instruments and controls and impossible to breathe.Both Len and his captain were blinded by the fumes as, their eyes and skin burning, their aircraft began to ascend at over 160 mph. Only willpower and long experience enabled the captain to feel his way among the array of instruments for the ‘dump valve’ control, which would evacuate the contaminated air from the aircraft engines.The incident was over in about fifteen seconds, and both pilots soon regained their eyesight, enabling them to commence emergency mayday procedures with Air Traffic Control and safely achieve an emergency forced landing.This was by no means an isolated experience, as evidenced by the fact that British Aerospace and others later entered into a secret settlement agreement regarding aircraft fumes. In the course of an Australian senate inquiry in 1999, a spokesman for British Aerospace admitted: ‘There is absolutely no doubt in our minds that there is a general health issue here. The number of people who have symptoms indicates that there is a general issue. With the weight of human evidence and suffering, which is quite clear, there must be something there.’Len himself experienced a series of these events, the last in 2004, when he was co-pilot to a recently-retired Civil Aviation Authority flight operation inspector.Len recalls that he and the captain were aware of an oily smell. What followed was and remains a blank. The plane had descended to five hundred feet above Amsterdam – not aligned to any runway – before they pull out of the descent and return to the correct flight path.Both men were still suffering from mental confusion, and this time it didn’t go away.The next day they were flying together again when they received an instruction from Swiss Air Traffic Control to re-route their London bound flight. ‘Both the captain and Len were unable to process the information being given,’ says Len. ‘That was my last ever flight before I resigned. I could not, and indeed still cannot, think clearly enough to fly.’Having helped to avert a number of potential disasters caused by the ongoing mechanical fault and the airlines’ failure to fit air quality sensors to their aircraft, Len selflessly retired when he felt he was no longer safe to fly. It might be thought that his employers owed him some respect and appropriate treatment for the damage he had sustained in their employ.Instead, Len was sent to a psychiatrist, who ignored both the symptoms and the chain of causation, declaring Len to be ‘mentally ill’ and in need of pharmaceutical drugs.There was no mystery about the real causes of Len’s problems. As the Australian Senate enquiry had been told five years previously, ‘The source of the odours has been identified as primarily Mobil Jet Oil II leaking past oil seals in the engines and or APU unit (Auxiliary Power Unit) into the air conditioning system.’In the case of organophosphate poisoning, the psychiatrist’s action was not merely one of standard incompetence and drug pushing. It is recognised that pharmaceutical drugs are inclined to react with the existing toxins to cause cell damage and develop even more poisonous compounds, so are the last thing that should be prescribed.As a ‘mental case’, Len was held by the Official Solicitor to the Senior Courts and medicated with psychiatric medication until he lost mental capacity. Multiple Court of Protection, Medical Certicare’s, were issued to protect Len, but these multiple Court of Protection, Medical Certificates were never disclosed to the Court of Protection by the Official Solicitor and others.Len was held for more than a year, during which time, to add insult to injury, his assets, savings and home were disposed of illegally by barristers and solicitors without the knowledge of the Court of Protection.Having lost his home and his marriage the British Airline Pilots’ Association came to his rescue, by-passing the Official Solicitor and referred Len to the Civil Aviation Authority’s psychiatric advisor, Professor Gordon Turnbull FRCP, FRCPsych, RAF (Rtd) who immediately took Len off the drugs and arranged for him to receive long overdue specialist treatment for organophosphate poisoning.Len Lawrence is clearly a survivor. He has lived through industrial poisonings, multiple losses, corporate and official obstruction and efforts by psychiatrists to suppress and silence him. Brian Gerrish and Alex Thomson of UK Column discuss the Hofschroer case, which has gone on for a decade and which takes an hour and a half to unpick in this podcast. They compare the horrors of the case with many others that UK Column has researched and reported, and describe extensively how it is that properties in Yorkshire, Germany and Austria could be targeted, and their owners brutalised and kidnapped, by a Europe-wide combination of criminal elements within police forces, social services, local councils, the judiciary, the prison system, the military and the mental health system, with government ministers at best nonchalant and at worst complicit. Peter's mother Barbara (the "Grandma B" blogger), a disabled Second World War veteran, has been held incommunicado by York authorities since 2014, after having been kidnapped by a British and German combined taskforce in Germany.
