That's a story for another episode. But he pretended to care when I told him about the message but.. it wasn't one voicemail it was the entire attitude with which we were approached by almost everyone. There were special angels along the way who were definite exceptions and everyone at Fresenius Kidney Care in Marana and South Tucson .... Who put up with both of us but never made us feel like they were putting up with us. They consistently went above and beyond to put the care into the patient treatment. He appreciated the respect you showed him.
