Vladimir Gendelman, was born and raised in the former Soviet Union, where he rarely had access to the basic amenities that many of us take for granted. High quality products and friendly service were few and far between, and above all, Vladimir found it intensely frustrating having so little access to different choices and options. After immigrating to America, Vladimir made it his mission to help provide others with the things he never had access to growing up. After a client expressed a need for high quality presentation folders, Vladimir was inspired to create Company Folders. This show wil discuss how a TBI survivor can use the tools Vladimir mentions to give them the choice to create a unique presentation in life. Life Gets MoCrazy This show will focus on leadership, mindset and creative opportunities that will create more luck in your outcomes when life becomes mocrazy- you encounter an unexpected life trauma. Each interviewee will share their strategies which will be specifically tied to the struggles surrounding TBI by host Jamie MoCrazy. We completed animal safety studies and obtained Breakthrough Device Designation from the FDA. All of a sudden, anyone who is connected to a Brain Injury, their life becomes a little MoCrazy. A Brain Injury does shut some doors, but it also opens doors. This show will be talking to survivors, caregivers, therapists, anyone immediately involved with a Brain Injury to learn different ways to overcome this struggle and walk through new doors. Every single person who had a Brain Injury has new doors opened for them, take a leap of faith and walk through those doors. </itunes:summary><itunes:duration>3597</itunes:duration><itunes:keywords>aurora ctsi,concussion,healing,recovery,tbi</itunes:keywords><itunes:explicit>false</itunes:explicit><itunes:image href="https://d3wo5wojvuv7l.cloudfront.net/t_rss_itunes_square_1400/images.spreaker.com/original/413195c49a3b1b93ae298ceeccaede68.jpg"/><itunes:season>7</itunes:season><itunes:episode>994</itunes:episode><itunes:episodeType>full</itunes:episodeType>

Blankets for recovery

All of a sudden, anyone who is connected to a Brain Injury, their life becomes a little MoCrazy. On March 8 I will be interviewing Christopher Jay, a TBI survivor who has started a company, Blanket Pals, which makes individualized blankets for people in stressful areas of life. "Every child deserves a blanket." -Christopher Jay. To ask him questions listen live by calling 424-243-9540 at 5:30 PST. Text questions to 603-726-6603. I know first hand what it's like living through a life-changing struggle. When living in a hospital the importance of keeping your identity and the emotional tug of feeling valued is paramount to your recovery process. If you know someone who is living in a hospital look into getting a blanket from Blanket Pals. You will help the bed-ridden individual feel loved, and you will support a brain injury survivor creating new pathways in his life.

<itunes:author>Lets Get MoCrazy</itunes:author><itunes:subtitle>All of a sudden, anyone who is connected to a Brain Injury, their life becomes a little MoCrazy. My talk with Kelsey will help all Brain Injury survivors learn new ways to look at this struggle with a growth mindset. </itunes:summary><itunes:duration>4688</itunes:duration><itunes:keywords>brain injury, growth mindset, kelsey boyer,snowboarding,struggle</itunes:keywords><itunes:explicit>false</itunes:explicit><itunes:image href="https://d3wo5wojvuv7l.cloudfront.net/t_rss_itunes_square_1400/images.spreaker.com/original/8f003c2c1ff2ecbdfdf3c15696ae9b3a.jpg"/><itunes:season>2</itunes:season><itunes:episode>312</itunes:episode><itunes:episodeType>full</itunes:episodeType>

Life Gets MoCrazy- High Fives Foundation, how they provide human care

All of a sudden, anyone who is connected to a Brain Injury, their life becomes a little MoCrazy. Every single person who had a Brain Injury has new doors opened for them, take a leap of faith and walk through those doors. In this show, I am going to be interviewing Erin Lieben. The summer after high school Erin decided to try golf. A golf club came shooting across the sky and struck her head in the left frontal region, causing a contusion, multiple fractures, and a skull depression. It also caused Erin’s world to completely change. Her emotions were out of control. All of a sudden she couldn’t work. She couldn’t concentrate. She could not remember much at all. She was told she could not attend college but that didn’t stop her from trying. She could read. She just could not remember what she had read. College was going to be a lot tougher than Erin had thought. A lot happened in her life and now she works with a mental health agency. Getting a Traumatic Brain Injury during a simple summer day was the worst thing that had ever happened to Erin. Fifteen years later, she can honestly say it is the best thing that has ever happened to her. Erin told me she learned more from that split second than from any other event in her life. She learned that she is strong. She built up that strength by learning from and compensating for the weaknesses she had acquired. Erin learned how to learn with her new brain. Now Erin is more than ready for my next adventure of life, whatever that adventure might be.

<itunes:author>Lets Get MoCrazy</itunes:author><itunes:subtitle>All of a sudden, anyone who is connected to a Brain Injury, their life becomes a little MoCrazy. At the age of 15 as a result of a suicide attempt, Spencer acquired a traumatic brain injury that changed his life forever. After an extensive hospital stay and literally years and years of therapy and of hard work he became who he is today. I am very excited to talk with Spencer because he embodies the theme of my show. No matter what happened in the past, you CAN create a life you love and are happy with if you are willing to take the time and put in the work to create the life you have dreamed of living. As part of Spencer’s therapy, his parents provided music lessons because he had an interest in music before his traumatic brain injury and his parents thought that would help his brain heal. Spencer has always been interested in art and music. Spencer lost friends after his TBI because he couldn’t walk or talk, but he had music. Spencer listened to music all the time and noticed how songs related and connected with each other. Spencer thought it would be cool to mix songs together. So he taught himself how and today he is a very successful DJ performing with big artists in front of thousands.

<itunes:author>Lets Get MoCrazy</itunes:author><itunes:subtitle>All of a sudden, anyone who is connected to a Brain Injury, their life becomes a little MoCrazy. Every single person who had a Brain Injury has new doors opened for them, take a leap of faith and walk through those doors. Annabel Lavenberg was simply riding a bike with her best friend on the first day on 4th grade when her life became a little mo-crazy. Sha caught her foot in the spikes and slammed onto her head on the ground cracking her helmet. Annabel became a spokesperson in Vermont raising awareness for helmet safety. She is now in her masters program for behavior analysis and is excited to help raise awareness for brain injury again on Life Gets Mocrazy. </itunes:summary><itunes:duration>4985</itunes:duration><itunes:keywords>jamie crane-mauzy,recovery,school,spokesperson,tbi</itunes:keywords><itunes:explicit>false</itunes:explicit><itunes:image href="https://d3wo5wojvuv7l.cloudfront.net/t_rss_itunes_square_1400/images.spreaker.com/original/a42482f474a406ca31ed910e42c1d76a.jpg"/><itunes:season>2</itunes:season><itunes:episode>171</itunes:episode><itunes:episodeType>full</itunes:episodeType>

Life Gets MoCrazy-A motivational, educational talk with host Jamie Crane-Mauzy

All of a sudden, anyone who is connected to a Brain Injury, their life becomes a little MoCrazy.
