On the river Shannon, more precisely in Lanesborough, since last year there is a new facility that allows people with disabilities to discover the fascination of water. AccessForAll offers tours on a specially equipped boat that allows EVERYONE to experience the effects of water.

AccessForAll is a registered charity providing vital social and recreational services to people with disabilities in Lough Ree, Lanesborough, Ballyleague and surrounding counties. The boat trips are provided on a purpose-built, wheelchair-accessible passenger vessel for people with physical or mental disabilities, the elderly, or those with mobility issues or dementia.

Harry Sheehy explains to us what the offer and shows us the facility. Of course, some story may not be missing. We find that AccessForAll is a real enrichment of the Irish waterways.

On the river Shannon, more precisely in Lanesborough, since last year there is a new facility that allows people with disabilities to discover the fascination of water. AccessForAll offers tours on a specially equipped boat that allows EVERYONE to experience the effects of water.
