Throughout the last decade of my life I have been discovering how long it actually takes to create new habits, that will truly replace the old habits, and I concluded that it definitely takes more than 30 days. Readjusting ourselves after taking on heredity, genetics, trauma, pressures of life, lethargy, lower desire as opposed to our higher desires, takes WORK. But anyone CAN do it, if they have the right tools and the will to do so. That's the magic of being human! We don't have to stay bound to our instincts and heredity.
