Richardson was Black Belt magazine’s Self Defense Instructor of the Year and inducted into their Hall Of Fame in 2015. He is the author of five books: Jeet Kune Do Unlimited, Choke ‘Em Out, In the Footsteps Of Bruce Lee, Silat For The Street, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu For The Street.<br />He has cornered ADCC Hall Of Famer Baret Yoshida in 4 separate competitions, was head coach for UFC legend Chris Leben from 2009-2012, but now prefers to help non-athletes with functional self-defense. His guiding philosophy is that all techniques and training methods must be PRESSURE TESTED and PROVEN effective before they are taught.
