In my opinion, the Supreme Court made serious mistakes in both its Lawrence and Obergefell rulings (2003 and 2015). In both Lawrence and Obergefell, the Court basically repudiated its long-standing rules for overturning a prior case, which basically discarded stare decisis and replaced it with the current political opinion of a majority of the Court. Also, in both cases the Court discarded its prior rules for recognizing “unenumerated” rights by dispensing with the requirement that any such right must be a fundamental right deeply rooted in the nation’s history and tradition. These mistakes by the Supreme Court are of the same type that is apparently leading the Court in Dobbs to overturn Roe v. Wade, so there is reason to believe that both Lawrence and Obergefell are now in jeopardy.

But there are two reasons why I don’t expect these cases to be reversed. First, in Justice Alito’s draft opinion in Dobbs he makes it clear that Dobbs is not intended to be a basis to reverse other cases, and he points out that no other case but Roe involves the competing right of a human being’s right to continue living. Second, the 2020 case of Bostock v. Clayton County shows that two of the conservative Justices (Roberts and Gorsuch) departed with the other conservative Justices in a rationale to protect gay and transgender rights.

But there are two reasons why I don’t expect these cases to be reversed. First, in Justice Alito’s draft opinion in Dobbs he makes it clear that Dobbs is not intended to be a basis to reverse other cases, and he points out that no other case but Roe involves the competing right of a human being’s right to continue living. Second, the 2020 case of Bostock v. Clayton County shows that two of the conservative Justices (Roberts and Gorsuch) departed with the other conservative Justices in a rationale to protect gay and transgender rights.

In this podcast we will review facts about the allegations of election errors in Wisconsin,
Pennsylvania, and Georgia. We will discuss how there is a Constitutional remedy if a state
submits an erroneous certification of Electoral votes to Congress. And we will discuss a
standard to be applied by Congress whenever such a challenge is made.

Although Trump did not win any of the court cases seeking to establish voting violations
in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Georgia—none of those courts actually reviewed the
elections—rather the courts refused to review the elections. There were no court findings that there was no fraud or mistake or voting violations in those three states. For various reasons, the courts refused to take the cases.

We’ll unpack scientific findings that dispute the popular narrative that humans are causing catastrophic climate change that will destroy the world if drastic and expensive measures are not implemented within ten years. (Actually, its down to eight years now.) Although this view is accepted by the Biden Administration, the media, and many educators — thousands of scientists dispute this. There is no scientific consensus that humans are destroying the planet by the use of fossil fuels. That narrative is a hoax. Tune in as we expose the hoax.

You’ll come to understand what the UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) is and how it has taken the lead in promoting the human-caused climate change view, and that the IPCC has manipulated evidence and exaggerated its desired, pre-determined opinions in order to mold public opinion. In upcoming episodes we’ll dive further into this.
