You made it through Lent 2022
For me this sacrifice was a mental one. In the past I have struggled with self sabotage and negative self talk so for Lent this year I wanted to revisit how I feel in regards to my internal dialogue in addition to giving up meat.

Surprisingly I found that I STILL have a lot of negative self talk but it is becoming less and less every time I review.

Today we talk a little bit about the things that help to stop those negative voices and focus our energy.

April Fools Day is widely celebrated in Odessa, Ukraine as a city holiday and in thinking about this I got to listening to some Odesza music and found myself dancing all night with the Ukraine on my mind.

Some of what’s is going on out there is just unbearable to listen to and when I begin to feel like this I usually turn to dance.

As an empathetic individual I often find dance a therapeutic way of expelling energy trapped in my body so tonight we have two songs at the end although neither plays all the way through because they are both very long songs 🎶

Last night I learned an entirely new healing modality.
I transported myself to a different smaller teeny tiny body and into another persons body energetically which is unlike anything I’ve ever done before.

In coming out of this session I felt so much joy, love and gratitude for my friends trust to allow me this opportunity and for us to both feel this lighthearted love from the individuals who choose to join us on this spiritual quest 💗

Today I feel like I was out partying all night but not in a hungover tired way but rather in a giddy happy reminiscent kind of way and I can just feel my soul beaming with love and happiness 💖

I am so grateful for this unique experience and for the new knowledge as well as the long term friendship that allowed me to feel so free in this experience.

IDK why I wanted to share this today but I did because I literally feel like I landed on an entirely new world and it was an awesome adventure 😆
