I have a challenge for you to start next year off right, here are 4 habits to start
1. Don’t complain for one week (oh hell this is gonna be hard!)
2. Don’t look at your phone as soon as you wake up in the morning (Say what? Ok let’s do it)
3. This one is from Tony Robbins but here we go… At the end of a shower, turn it all the way to cold. (Ok Cory, are you feeling ok?)
4. Do one of two things.

I have a challenge for you to start next year off right, here are 4 habits to start
1. Don’t complain for one week (oh hell this is gonna be hard!)
2. Don’t look at your phone as soon as you wake up in the morning (Say what? Ok let’s do it)
3. This one is from Tony Robbins but here we go… At the end of a shower, turn it all the way to cold. (Ok Cory, are you feeling ok?)
4. Do one of two things.

I learned an interesting fact this week… 95% of grown ups are pessimists - the glass is half empty for these folks. And if this is the case, we are in some bad shape.
