As a young child, she loved to walk in nature to collect shells, stones, and other beautiful items. It became a ritual.

After that realisation, she felt driven to combine that ritual with another passion: photography. to show her friends and, later, the world, what was happening.
Her project is called “Plastic ocean”; sculptures made from objects she finds, that provoke an emotional clash between attraction and repulsion.

She is now also developing an interactive workshop where she works with communities around the globe, arranging beach pickups and creating a space where they can make art together.
Like us, she is convinced that being part of the action allows to build personal connections with the issues, and hopes her work can act as a friendly daily reminder to avoid plastic.
