questo funesto 2020 si è vista costretta ad una nuova modalità di lavoro: siamo passati da una quotidianità settimanale scandita dalle otto ore trascorse in ufficio ad una routine monotona e piatta del lavoro da casa (attenzione: volutamente non lo definisco smart working perché ciò che stiamo sperimentando è tutt'altro).<br /><br />Per coloro che erano poco o per nulla abituati a siffatte modalità, ha significato essere letteralmente travolti dal lavoro e dai doveri familiari che lo stare a casa comporta.<br /><br />Questo scenario viene in parte fomentato da due grandi attori protagonisti: noi stessi, poco avvezzi all'organizzazione del lavoro da casa, e i datori di lavoro “meno illuminati” che non adeguano il loro modello di leadership al nuovo contesto lavorativo: anzi, inaspriscono le modalità di controllo (quando invece smart working = meno controllo).<br /><br />Eppure ormai è risaputo: Numerose ricerche hanno evidenziato che un solido e proficuo rapporto di fiducia tra direzione e impiegati è fondamentale per creare un ambiente di lavoro performante.<br /><br />Secondo una ricerca di Accenture, tuttavia, sembra che siamo sulla buona strada: il 55% dei CEO ritiene che la mancanza di fiducia sia una minaccia per la crescita della propria organizzazione.<br /><br />Allo stato attuale tutto ciò si traduce per la maggior parte dei poveri lavoratori con una presenza fissa davanti al pc ben più delle otto ore canoniche, e con la propria coscienza che si sente in dovere di essere sempre reperibile, anche a costo di rinunciare ad una legittima pausa pranzo.<br /><br />La soluzione a tutto questo è certamente un auspicabile cambiamento di mindset sia dal lato del lavoratore che del capo: da una valutazione basata sul numero di ore lavorate ad un
