I truly believe this is THE THING. Among other things but the way it describes health - from a conflict(trauma) happening to us from then moving into the healing phase is like nothing else.

EVERY physical symptom is from a conflict. BOOM.
This episode will honestly have you GAGGING in joy.
Like so freaking good. I cannot even. Somebody stop me I am in love and also adding it to my list of things to study after breathwork and human design.
