In the last episode we took a look at the power of association and influence in our lives and how it is possible to be distracted of the  course a little at a time until finally, we find ourselves asking, "How did I get here?" With regard to this important point, Jim Rohn in one of his articles mentioned three critical questions to ask yourself. They may help you to make a better analysis of your current associations. 
It's easy to let influence shape our lives, to let associations determine our direction, to let pressures overwhelm us, and to let tides take us. The big question is, are we letting ourselves become what we wish to become? If our attitudes, results, or happiness is to ever improve, we must exercise the painful discipline required for “weeding-out” the garden of our life. Better than many of the wrong friends are a few of the right friends. Better than a few of the wrong friends are no friends at all!
Not all poor people make poor friends, nor do all rich friends have an enriching effect on our lives. Carefully examine the “friends” you have…not their assets or accomplishments.

I have always been fascinated with Bees for the fact that they could do the impossible. THEY CAN FLY.
In Richard Branson’s “The Virgin Way”, he tells a brilliant little story about the Bumblebee. For decades scientists have been confused by the Bumblebee. When you take into account the size of the body compared to the size of the wingspan, the Bumblebee on all accounts should NOT be able to fly. It is a scientific impossibility. Then Branson goes on to say that up until this very day, not one scientist has ever been able to explain that to a Bumblebee. And since the bumblebee cannot listen to the scientist they are still able to fly. They are doing what is impossible.
Live a life of giving and never try to determine what you deserve from that giving. You will get yours in due time.
Become like a Bee, and Do the Impossible. "Fly" and reach your Dream, whatever it is.

I have always been fascinated with Bees for the fact that they could do the impossible. THEY CAN FLY.

Look at the things around you, the fans, the air conditioners, the table, the chair, the walls, the ceilings, your phone, your headphones, the charger, the electricity or anything that you can see, all these things were just a thought in someone’s mind. A thought, which they didn’t change just because it was illogical to the world. These thoughts became so profound that they started dreaming about them and eventually it turned into their dream. A dream for which they were ready to do anything and everything. That dream eventually turned into a purpose. A purpose that became greater than their lives. Every legendary accomplishment in the world began with a beginning where the size of the goal, the size of the cause, the size of the purpose was illogically too large to the individual who began in the direction. Today we are gonna talk about someone who inspires hope, ignites the imagination, and instills a love of learning. You can go through in life without seeing an engineer in life. You can go through in life without seeing a doctor in life. You can go through in life without having to experience the business community in life. No human individual is going to go through in life without encountering a teacher in life because even teachers are created by teachers. The prime ministers and the president of the country has to come from a teacher. Who you are and where you are, it is all because of the teachers that you have got in your life. You need someone who holds your hands as you make your mistakes; someone who pushes you to be the best you can be.someone who sets parameters and expects you to challenge them. The ideal teacher is the one who not only expects but demands of you to become even greater than him. And as we grow ahead in life, the form of the teacher changes into another form called mentor. Though a mentor is not so much like a teacher but a mix of a teacher, a coach, a best friend, a guide and a philosopher. You say whatever you are comfortable with but the basic idea of a mentor is to guide you, to push you to be the best you can be. A mentor’s responsibility is not to stroke your ego, nor to babysit you. No, they have a different role. Their responsibility is to get you to do the things you don’t want to do, so you can be who you say you want to be. They teach us to be resourceful. They might not guide you to success and achievement like you’d think a mentor would. But they sure as hell taught us how to deal with failure and rejection. There’s always something holding us back from our true potential. And there’s always going to be haters, challenges, and resistance. That’s why if you really want to be as successful as you say you want to be, go find yourself a real mentor....not someone that congratulates your every little achievement. I would like to use this platform to express my gratitude to the people who shaped me and helped me  in one way or the other. And a big big thank you to all those people. The list is really a long one. Today we are gonna talk about something that we must search and find out before we leave our mortal bodies. George Bernard Shaw has said - Life's not about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.  Mark twain has said - The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why. Both these days that Mark twain remarks upon are in a sense, birthdays. The first one is your physical birthday that of your body as you enter this world. The Second a more relevant birthday is of your mind and spirit. When your mind comes to term with your purpose in life it brings your spirit into a state of awakening. And as you go into the journey of life, both become one.  A Famous Chinese Philosopher has said :“We have two lives, and the second begins when we realize we only have one. Purpose gives meaning to life.  purpose takes you beyond the daily grind and uplifts your very soul. A Life void of purpose is a life not lived, a life that is hollow. In our life too there are moments when we are confronted on all sides with negative thoughts and possibilities. Some thoughts are so powerful that they overcome and overwhelm us. Maybe we can learn from the story of the deer. The priority of the deer in that given moment was simply to give birth to her baby. The rest was not in her hands. Any action or reaction that took her focus away would have likely resulted in death or disaster. It is cardinally important that you never stop seeking. We stumble on to something through movement not stagnation. If an explorer goes to a forest and stumbles upon a gold mine it is because he got there by starting the exploration. So friends, the question is are you ready to find your ikigai and your purpose of life? Let the search begin ! Imagine what he would have been able to achieve had he not needed that check as a help, and had the confidence to believe in himself and his abilities. More often than not we are all in that same situation.  
You have what it takes to be successful. You don't need to learn from someone else. You are born with it. When you were sent, you were made by God. I don't believe that God made only some people to be successful and some to be failures. I believe that all of us were made to be successful. It is about time that you believe in it. When I squeeze an orange, what juice will come out if? Orange juice. Not let me ask a difficult question. When you squeeze a mango, what juice will come out of it? Mango juice. Coconut milk will not come out of mango. Therein lies the question that all of us need to answer. What are you made of? It is no coincidence that you are listening to this. So the question is are these people crazy? And the history of mankind says that No these people were not crazy but the society labeled them as crazy. Look into history and you will find that every person who changed the world in any way was once called crazy and mad by society.
Break out. Break Free. It's your life. Run, scream, laugh, cry with joy. Break out  Do whatever the hell you want to. Let the world say whatever they want to but you Listen to your heart. Don’t be afraid of the criticism. Don't be afraid of failure. Don't be afraid of the outcome. Don’t wait for perfection to come. If you want to do it then start doing it. Let them laugh. Let them comment. Let them talk. Let them do whatever they want to do. Let them not support you. Let them be against you but Remember the Kites rise highest against strong winds, and humans attain the greatest eminence as they surmount the greatest difficulties.

The Eagle has the longest life-span of its species. It can live up to 70 years. But to reach this age, the eagle must make a hard decision. In it's 40th year its long and flexible fingernails can no longer grab prey which serves as food. Its long and sharp beak becomes bent. It's old-aged and heavy wings, due to their thick feathers, stick to its chest & make it difficult to fly. Then, the eagle is left with only two options: DIE or go through a painful process of CHANGE which lasts 150 days. Many times I come across this question of Why do I need to change? And my answer is very simple that Change is inevitable. We need to change before we become irrelevant. We need to change before we are made redundant. We need to change before we are made to change. One has to connect to a sense of urgency, to a burning desire within, and with the strength and determination to leave the comfort zone behind. This is a daily battle. Awakening to this reality is the most important thing that defines us in who we become.

One has to connect to a sense of urgency, to a burning desire within, and with the strength and determination to leave the comfort zone behind. This is a daily battle. Awakening to this reality is the most important thing that defines us in who we become.

They write music we listen to, the books we read and the clothes we wear. They are artist, thought leaders, the philosophers, the scientist, the movers and shakers of the world. They are the people who draw the very boundaries that we live within. It is the sense of urgency that separates the people who actually achieve their goal from the rest of the world who are motivated, have the desire to achieve the goal but somehow are not close enough to their goals. It means noble and virtuous persons are always humble and are always committed to helping others and compare them to a tree bowing down with the weight of its fruits. In contrast, dull and foolish persons are always rigid and unadjusted like dried wood. 
One of the first things that I was told when I entered the sphere of business development was that I needed to empty my cup. I kept hearing this over and over again. I could visualize the action which is to empty a cup. Theoretically, I understood that it meant I needed to empty my mind to open it up for new thoughts to come in, leaving behind my old habits. That is a complete makeover. And that's how I saw it for some time till I heard the story of master Suzuki. Once I heard this story the impact on me was far greater and I began to see the story and the actual point of emptying the cup in its many spheres.
The Greek philosopher Socrates once humbly remarked I know that I know nothing. Had he thought he knew everything his life probably would have taken him and another direction and he would not have become one of the most respected philosophers for over 2000 years. Look inside yourself and see if your cup is full. If it is empty it and embrace all the new knowledge and experience that are ready to flow in. Remember we are never too young to too old to learn.

I cannot put a hand on your shoulder to reassure you but I can speak from my heart. How desperate your life may seem there is hope. As bad as circumstances appear, there are better days ahead. No matter how dire your circumstances may appear you can rise above them. To wish for change will change nothing. To make the decision to take action right now will change everything. All events come together for the good. I am certain of that because it's been true in my life.
Go after whatever it is you desire. My life is an adventure still being written and so is yours. Start writing the first chapter now. Fill it with adventure and love and happiness. So let me break the ice and...We will start by breaking the mental barriers and understanding that Life has no limits. If you have the desire and passion to do something and it’s within God's will, you will achieve it. That's a powerful statement and to be honest, I don't always believe it myself.
To tell you the truth I have learned it in the journey through the wonderful and enlightened people I met, through the books which I read and mostly by the experiences of life. I cannot put a hand on your shoulder to reassure you but I can speak from my heart. How desperate your life may seem there is hope. As bad as circumstances appear, there are better days ahead. No matter how dire your circumstances may appear you can rise above them. To wish for change will change nothing. To make the decision to take action right now will change everything. All events come together for the good. I am certain of that because it's been true in my life.
Go after whatever it is you desire. My life is an adventure still being written and so is yours. Start writing the first chapter now. Fill it with adventure and love and happiness. Live the story as you write it.
