Our first cocktail recipe is....The Chilton! the best thing to come out of Lubbock since Buddy Holly!

Ingredients:
2 lemons plus a wedge for garnish
sparkling water
vodka
salt to rim the glass
Ice

How to make:
Wet the rim of the glass with the lemon, and roll the rim in a coarse grain salt. Carefully fill the glass with ice.
Squeeze the juice of two lemons into the glass. Add 2 ounces of vodka (we prefer Redneck Vodka). Fill up with sparkling water (we prefer Topo Chico).
