We point out that millions of pounds of taxpayers money is being funnelled into TV adverts, newspapers and into social media, in order to perpetuate a national conformity. This means that many media platforms have a vested interest in perpetuating the scare story.

One would need to be very strong not to be affected by it all, and to resist it!

We despair at the MPs and MSPs who are so willing to promote Big Pharma, and we raise a typical example! It seems that "common sense is now a fringe ideology in modern Scotland!"

We argue that if Boris had stayed in control of the UK, then there is a strong likelihood that we would be out of lockdown by now. We could have been back to normal shortly after the Queen gave her broadcast. This is because he would not have been able to maintain control over all the UK and the devolved assemblies would have seen political benefit in pushing back against the centre.

However, devolving the management of the crisis has compounded and extended the crisis because it has ensured that all the devolved assemblies are trying to out-do each other in enforcing the lockdown.

Why are politicians doubling-down on this strategy? We look at one explanation.

We take another look at the SNP's Anti-Free Speech bill and how the "Justice Secretary" wants to police your dinner table. This is an unprecedented invasion of the right to privacy. The entire Bill needs to be swept away, not just the idea of Dinner Table Convictions, but also the notion of "Protected Characteristics" which should be considered an illegitimate legal concept.

We speak about the American Election, and the relevance of it for freedom of speech on the internet. We are still "suspended" by Twitter, but we point out that Scottish newspapers should be campaigning for us to be re-instated since it was often re-tweets from AFFG which enabled their newspaper stories to promoted around the internet. Without us re-tweeting them to our 30K followers, many of their stories now fall flat on Twitter.

We say to people in the rest of the UK to remember that the whinging Scottish nationalists will never be happy, so please don't think that separation would somehow shut them up. They are always going to complain, and separation would ensure their complaints got even louder! The only way to quiet them down is to marginalise them politically, like they were in the past.

How can we have an "Internal Market" for goods, if we don't have internal freedom of movement? Will the British Parliament stand up for freedom of movement or is this another civil liberty and plank of our Union which is at risk of falling as a result of the Carry-On Covid Pantomime?

We look at the Polls which appear to suggest the separatists are in the lead. We urge people to remember:
1. Polls lead, as much as reflect opinion, so they must be understood as a black art.
2. They are deliberately engineered to create talking points for the media, or for political tendencies to exploit.
3. Polls are but a snapshot in time, because;
4. Voters move all the time in relation to information and circumstances.
5. They are not reflections of a permanent position – but the media may try to pretend that they are.

We must not be defeatist. Even if these polls were accurate, remember they can be turned around. In 2014, the nationalists came from behind at 20% to 45%. That means we can come from 42% to 67%. And we must do so, for if there was ever another referendum we would need to win it by more than we won it last time, in order to "put it to bed".

What can be done? We must emphasise our Mandate for Unity.

Indeed, we seem to be losing lots of things which we previously considered part of our British Constitution, including the absence of accountability in Parliament! We speak about the changes in society, and in our "British characteristics" which seem to be happening as a consequence of the controls.

We need a rebirth of some of our "cultural conventions" which have been found historically in our song, poem and story and which are particular characteristics of the British.

We examine what is meant by "a case", and we quote from the best article we've seen so far on the matter.

At the start of the Covid Lockdown, we all agreed to "do our duty" for a few weeks, but it should all have ended after the Queen's broadcast. That was the perfect moment to get back to normal, but the politicians kept pushing it, and pushing it, and abusing our goodwill.

Why is Nicola rising in the polls? We point out that it is not difficult for her, when the media has elevated her into the central focus of our Scottish national life.

However, the United Kingdom is the Great Work of Time. And we cannot and must not allow it to be broken up so easily. In that regard, we don't accept that a majority of seats for the SNP/Greens, at a Holyrood election, is a sufficient mandate for a second separation referendum.

We speak about the importance of our Mandate for Unity, and we explain what, exactly, the SNP and the separatist parties would need to do if they were genuinely to claim "a mandate" for a second separation referendum. This is an important insight.

We report on our latest dealings with Twitter, after having been unjustly suspended from their platform on the incredible grounds of being a "fake account". We point out that our Twitter following of over 30,000 people was built up openly and for years; and even our Header picture featured 4 photos of our Director, Alistair McConnachie.

Otherwise we are going to have 10s of thousands of residents of Scotland who will be able to vote – and who are not even British citizens – and who will be highly vulnerable to being pandered-to directly by the SNP.

We ask if Matt Hancock's strategy to "suppress Coronovirus while protecting our economy & education until a vaccine arrives" is a proper strategy, given that this will take a long time, may never arrive and even when it does, many people won't take it and it won't always work!

We also question how we can "Build Back Better" when the government appears intent to "Destroy Forward Worse!"

We point out that the Tracing App is a means which could destroy local businesses (many of whom only survive "day to day" when the going is good)! For example, if you are tested "positive" then the App will leave a trail, and it will know where you have been. This means you risk being responsible for the authorities closing down a business which was trying to survive! Who wants that on their conscience?

And what is a "case" anyway? It is simply a test "positive" which indicates that your body has developed anti-bodies and has developed an immune response. Yet the word "case" is being used by the politicians and media to imply a "hospitalisation". This is a vital point of confusion!

Furthermore, flu and pneumonia cases remain higher than Covid cases, so this also implies that mask-wearing and social distancing is not having the effect that we might believe!

Politically, we point out that devolution is perpetuating the lockdown!

This is because a central British government could NEVER have got away with demanding a lockdown for 6 months and more! This requires the active complicity of other more local administrations.

For example, a central British Government might have been able to wing-it for 3 weeks or so, and then they'd have found the patience throughout all the rest of the UK running out.

But because now - as we have political administrations throughout the UK - this means we also have media systems which uphold those administrations. These administrations all end up competing with each other to see who can lockdown the most; and none of them will back down on the lockdown, unless they all do so at the same time!

Among themselves, they have created a many-headed monster and they are all stuck in a spiral which is mutually reinforcing each other's decisions. This is why Britain is uniquely troubled by this lockdown pantomime in a way that Sweden, for example, is not.

And who is speaking for the many people in the UK who are becoming tired of this situation? It seems that "never before have we been so over-governed, yet poorly represented".

There is no excuse for politicians to say that they are only following the concerns of the people. The fact is - as we always say - reality is created by the words which come out of politicians' mouths.

People may say they are scared at the moment, but this is because the politicians are telling them they should be scared. The job of a politician is to lead, not just reflect opinion.

We believe that the tune of the people will change when the politicians change their tune.

Yet, we are presently stuck in a frame where politicians are afraid to lead us out of what they got us into in the first place. There is an opportunity here for a brave politician to shine!

Continuing, we speak about the importance of understanding our United Kingdom as ONE BIG COUNTRY, and why the Scottish nationalists cannot get their head round that. But if they did, they would begin to understand where we are coming from!

We address 3 points of view of 'National' letter writers and we respond to their questions as to why, in their view, the SNP is not treated respectfully at Westminster; why the British Government must "give consent" for a second referendum; and what the mandate for a second referendum should actually be (and it's not a majority in a devolved assembly, that's for sure)!

We notice it is "Black History Month", but at AFFG, EVERY DAY is British History Month, which also includes people we might call ethnic minorities, but "we don't make a fetish about them".

We point out the extent to which we are involved in a "culture war" and we use the example of the legislation promoted in the USA to DEFUND such organisations. It will take primary law before the taxpayer-funded government bodies, and charities, reign in their behaviour. It is an easy win for the Government, so why is it not being done right now?

We speak about the "Black Post Boxes", and the one for Mary Seacole, even though the BLM movement probably wouldn't (shouldn't?) like her!

We ask if Matt Hancock's strategy to "suppress Coronovirus while protecting our economy & education until a vaccine arrives" is a proper strategy, given that this will take a long time, may never arrive and even when it does, many people won't take it and it won't always work!

We also question how we can "Build Back Better" when the government appears intent to "Destroy Forward Worse!"

We point out that the Tracing App is a means which could destroy local businesses (many of whom only survive "day to day" when the going is good)! For example, if you are tested "positive" then the App will leave a trail, and it will know where you have been. This means you risk being responsible for the authorities closing down a business which was trying to survive! Who wants that on their conscience?

And what is a "case" anyway? It is simply a test "positive" which indicates that your body has developed anti-bodies and has developed an immune response. Yet the word "case" is being used by the politicians and media to imply a "hospitalisation". This is a vital point of confusion!

Furthermore, flu and pneumonia cases remain higher than Covid cases, so this also implies that mask-wearing and social distancing is not having the effect that we might believe!

Politically, we point out that devolution is perpetuating the lockdown!

This is because a central British government could NEVER have got away with demanding a lockdown for 6 months and more! This requires the active complicity of other more local administrations.

For example, a central British Government might have been able to wing-it for 3 weeks or so, and then they'd have found the patience throughout all the rest of the UK running out.

But because now - as we have political administrations throughout the UK - this means we also have media systems which uphold those administrations. These administrations all end up competing with each other to see who can lockdown the most; and none of them will back down on the lockdown, unless they all do so at the same time!

Among themselves, they have created a many-headed monster and they are all stuck in a spiral which is mutually reinforcing each other's decisions. This is why Britain is uniquely troubled by this lockdown pantomime in a way that Sweden, for example, is not.

And who is speaking for the many people in the UK who are becoming tired of this situation? It seems that "never before have we been so over-governed, yet poorly represented".

There is no excuse for politicians to say that they are only following the concerns of the people. The fact is - as we always say - reality is created by the words which come out of politicians' mouths.

People may say they are scared at the moment, but this is because the politicians are telling them they should be scared. The job of a politician is to lead, not just reflect opinion.

We believe that the tune of the people will change when the politicians change their tune.

Yet, we are presently stuck in a frame where politicians are afraid to lead us out of what they got us into in the first place. There is an opportunity here for a brave politician to shine!

We point out the importance of the British Internal Market and how it is not the job of the SNP to try to establish different trading rules between Scotland and the rest of the UK. Ensuring a level playing field throughout the entire UK is a core responsibility of the British Government. We point out that over 1 million people in Scotland voted to Leave, even though all the politicians and the entire media were for Remain.

THE UNION
The SNP try to pretend that the British Government does not respect devolution, but it is the SNP who want to destroy devolution. They literally want to destroy it and establish a separate state!

IMMIGRATION INVASION on the South Coast
We look at what can be done - if there were the political will to do it. A lot of what needs to be done depends upon preventing boats entering our territorial waters in the first place.

THE BLM/WOKE AGENDA
We explain how to take it on and defeat it. This requires us to divest all the charities, NGOs, and private companies who receive money from the British Taxpayer, and which endorse or promote or allow concepts such as "Critical Race Theory" within their organisations. It also means preventing any such organisation from playing a role within the Government departments, the public sector, the military and the police. In this regard, President Trump has shown the way with his revolutionary Executive Order on this matter.

Whatever happened to the idea that "A Briton's Home is his Castle"? Where are the politicians standing up for civil liberties? We note that the SNP supporters do not consider the civil liberty angle whatsoever. It seems they are only interested in scoring political points against the central British government over who has locked down the country the best of all?

Would they still act like this if there was no devolution and there was only one central British government responsible for enforcing these dictates in Scotland? Or would they be pushing back on a civil liberty front? An interesting question to which we'll never know the answer!

We report that the Planning Application submission process for the Henry Dundas statue's desecration plaque has closed. Thank you to everyone who put in an objection to this "desecration by irreverent hands". And isn't it remarkable that the assault on famous Scots and our heritage is being led by the SNP – and in this instance, the SNP Edinburgh council.

And talking of irony, it is astonishing that the recent Edinburgh University attack on the main thinker of the Scottish Enlightenment, David Hume, is in direct contravention of the principles of the Scottish Enlightenment; and we speak about Robert Burns, and also Walter Raleigh who ended up with his head cut off!

Indeed, the endless edicts coming from the PM are not setting a good example for the Union Parliament. It is almost as if we are seeing an "over-throwing" of the British Constitution in the last 6 months.

Yet we are still grateful for the very few traditional British MPs who support what the British Constitution is meant to be all about!

Shetland Independence? That's how things could logically move, if we choose to fragment the Unitary State.

The Churchill statue has been vandalised again. We suggest that the British Establishment doesn't know how to deal with these accusations of "racism"; which suggests to us that the "rot has gone pretty deep".

In a related matter, we speak about the intention of the SNP council in Edinburgh (with the local BLM people) to desecrate the memory of Henry Dundas with a lying and illogical plaque. We encourage people to object officially to it via the Planning Application process – see link below and to put in a good word for him. It will only take a few minutes of your time and the process ends on Friday 18th September 2020.

We speak about the importance of getting our YouTube Subscribers up to 1,000 as soon as possible.

Why Scotland is already determining its own future, but the Scottish nationalists will stop that argument as soon as they win one referendum on separation.

And why the more powers "Home Rule" policy is just "a Stepping Stone to Separation" which doesn't even address the fundamental matter for the nationalists, which is a supposed difference between the Scottish and English. In any case, they will take any powers they get without thanks, bank them, then tell you that they never received them.

We recommend that if she has something important to say she should say it in the Scottish Parliament in front of her peers and get quizzed on her questionable points of view.

Oh, and by the way, if the BBC would like to fill that vacant daily hour with some good Unionism, please give us a call.

And just because we are Unionists doesn't mean that we won't criticise the Union Parliament where that is due!

Indeed, the endless edicts coming from the PM are not setting a good example for the Union Parliament. It is almost as if we are seeing an "over-throwing" of the British Constitution in the last 6 months.

Yet we are still grateful for the very few traditional British MPs who support what the British Constitution is meant to be all about!

Shetland Independence? That's how things could logically move, if we choose to fragment the Unitary State.

The Churchill statue has been vandalised again. We suggest that the British Establishment doesn't know how to deal with these accusations of "racism"; which suggests to us that the "rot has gone pretty deep".

In a related matter, we speak about the intention of the SNP council in Edinburgh (with the local BLM people) to desecrate the memory of Henry Dundas with a lying and illogical plaque. We encourage people to object officially to it via the Planning Application process – see link below and to put in a good word for him. It will only take a few minutes of your time and the process ends on Friday 18th September 2020.

We speak about the importance of getting our YouTube Subscribers up to 1,000 as soon as possible.

Why Scotland is already determining its own future, but the Scottish nationalists will stop that argument as soon as they win one referendum on separation.

And why the more powers "Home Rule" policy is just "a Stepping Stone to Separation" which doesn't even address the fundamental matter for the nationalists, which is a supposed difference between the Scottish and English. In any case, they will take any powers they get without thanks, bank them, then tell you that they never received them.

Are children being made to wear masks because the State wants them to learn to obey State edicts from an early age and become compliant? What is the answer? Disease is a fact of life and the body is made to fight it, and will generally handle this sort of thing.

We quote Douglas Murray on Nicola Sturgeon's grim grandstanding, which she is enjoying because she knows everything, including catastrophe, can be made to work in her own favour. That's just the nature of the Scottish (v English) politics which the SNP practise; they will always have England to blame. Those of us who understood the nature of the Scottish Nationalist tribe knew this back in 1997. This is why her polls will rise in times of trouble, and that is why the Covid response should not have been delegated to her in the first place, but rather to the British Government via the Scottish Office (as we said when this began).

The SNP have backed down on the exam results, but part of this will be to keep the 16-year olds happy – they'll be voting next year remember (along with anyone resident here, including refugees for the first time). The franchise for Scottish elections was devolved in the 2016 Scotland Act, even though AFFG had a campaign to persuade the MPs that this would be a huge mistake -see our booklet "Dissolving not Devolving" (link below).

ADVICE TO THE PRO-UK POLITICIANS: We talk about the new UK Government building in Edinburgh and the Great British Flag which it has on the side of its windows; the importance of spending money directly into Scotland over the heads of the SNP because otherwise they will take any money you give them without thanks, bank it, pretend that they never received it, and then when they spend it, they will pretend that they created it in the first place!

We also speak about the vital importance of calling it the "SNP administration" and not "the Government" because it is a devolved arm of the British State. To pretend it is somehow "equal" to the UK Government is to confound the constitutional reality, and one's ability to argue for the Union.

We conclude by speaking about the importance of creating "Intellectual Protection" for our British past - especially at this time when the Nation is vulnerable because it is in a demoralised state. We begin with some CovidTown LockDown news; in that regard, we ask to what extent we are even operating with figures which make sense; and we wonder to what extent we in the West are setting a very bad example to those developing countries who don't have the 'luxury' of a welfare state which we enjoy in the UK; we conclude that a common sense solution is to understand that "disease is a fact of life".

We offer our opinion of someone wearing a mask in ASDA while wearing a 'Walter White, Breaking Bad' T-shirt (just so wrong)!

And, anyway, if the government can "train" people to obey its Covid laws then how come it can't train people NOT TO DROP LITTER (or at least to learn to tie the tops of their black bin bags) – which is also a serious health threat (if you've looked at the sort of stuff that gets blown down the street).
IMPORTANT: Our advice to the new leader of the Scottish Conservatives. Firstly, base line fact is that you need to be a Unionist Carnivore and not a Herbivore. If you're the former then here's 3 things to get your teeth into:
1. Stop the British Civil Service in Scotland destroying Britain. We don't have to pay for that!
2. If you want to devolve to Local Councils then do it properly. Ensure the Scottish Office – the British Parliament in Scotland – is in ultimate control (just like it used to be, pre-devolution).
3. Simplify and clarify the funding mechanisms so we as pro-UK people can more effectively argue the case in order that people can understand, remember and repeat, for maximum effect!

And, anyway, if the government can "train" people to obey its Covid laws then how come it can't train people NOT TO DROP LITTER (or at least to learn to tie the tops of their black bin bags) – which is also a serious health threat (if you've looked at the sort of stuff that gets blown down the street).
IMPORTANT: Our advice to the new leader of the Scottish Conservatives. Firstly, base line fact is that you need to be a Unionist Carnivore and not a Herbivore. If you're the former then here's 3 things to get your teeth into:
1. Stop the British Civil Service in Scotland destroying Britain. We don't have to pay for that!
2. If you want to devolve to Local Councils then do it properly. Ensure the Scottish Office – the British Parliament in Scotland – is in ultimate control (just like it used to be, pre-devolution).
3. Simplify and clarify the funding mechanisms so we as pro-UK people can more effectively argue the case in order that people can understand, remember and repeat, for maximum effect!

The British government missed a chance for a united approach to the Covid Crisis, and instead it devolved the crisis which ensured several different 'solutions'.

To get the High Street back up and running will involve serious policies including basically abolishing business rates.

Little children should not be scared of what's happening, and adults shouldn't be scaring them, since young children are simply not at risk. It is the over-80s with underlying health issues who need to be careful.

We report on our Union Bridge activism which made "a profound statement of substance in the face of SNP nihilism." And how the Bridge itself is going to be renovated and made stronger – a metaphor for our work here at AFFG.

Growing opposition to the new anti-free speech law is discussed. We use the example of a pro-JK Rowling poster being removed by Network Rail in Waverley Station. Are there enough people in Scotland who can see through these laws; even though too many of our politicians have already bought into these laws in principle. Unless they can rethink it, too much of it will continue to go through because we have not yet had the "revolution of the mind" to overthrow this mentality.
We oppose the idea of 'protected characteristics' under law; it leads to a legal code which ensures you have to step lightly around some people's sensitivities and not others; and leads to people being afraid to speak and act in certain ways; constraining debate in and of itself, without any more laws even being necessary…this week in British History and much more!

Remember that the SNP will give you no credit for any British Taxpayer money spent in Scotland, whatsoever.

Yet, the truth is that "the Union is the best insurance policy ever devised", something we need to keep saying!

We point out that sheer noise often triumphs over considered logic and reason (Nicola's Carry On Covid Show enjoys Full Spectrum Dominance), hence the apparent SNP lead in the polls.
We remember the importance of tourism from the rest of the United Kingdom for the Scottish economy, and we note the extent to which Scottish nationalism remains ignorant of that fact, even at the highest levels.
