An example of this reality is the parallel between the Rwandan society under President Paul Kagame, and the Nigerian society under President Muhammadu Buhari.

For Paul Kagame, Rwandans have seen immense development and economic/Security stability.

For Muhammadu Buhari, Nigerians have been worse off for it, having to live under one of the toughest times in the country's history.

With economic challenges, failure of the country's security architecture and pole-by-pole call for a review of the framework of the country's Unity, only time will time if the country will remain one after the exist of the Buhari administration.

This Podcast hence realizes the need to put a concrete leadership selection process in place, at all levels of the society.
