They focus on growing businesses not just in Youngstown Ohio but all over the world.

They offer help to any entrepreneur - no matter where they are located. He encourages salespeople to adopt the principles of servant leadership and to build their community, brick by brick.

You can tell during this conversation that Dale truly cares about everyone he talks to and it’s NOT just about the pitch. He shares how having true empathy can actually radically transform the success of your sales, but more importantly the success of the legacy that you are leaving behind.

Dale gets real on this episode about the loss of his father, and how his father’s character and true compassion for others shaped him into the man that he is today.

I’m so glad I got the opportunity to meet Dale and I hope you enjoy this episode!</itunes:summary><itunes:duration>3026</itunes:duration><itunes:keywords>empathy,leavealegacy,legacy,letsgetreal,podcast,sales,salesrebellion,servant,servantleadership,tagpodcast</itunes:keywords><itunes:explicit>false</itunes:explicit><itunes:image href="https://d3wo5wojvuv7l.cloudfront.net/t_rss_itunes_square_1400/images.spreaker.com/original/f37cb714e3dd23406b7507691f391ceb.jpg"/><itunes:episodeType>full</itunes:episodeType>

Everything you wanted to know about advertising on LinkedIn - AJ Wilcox

I had a lot of fun hanging out with AJ Wilcox from B2Linked.com on this episode.

AJ is probably the worlds leading expert in advertising on LinkedIn, his agency - B2Linked - is responsible for over 110 MILLION (with an M) dollars of ad spend on LinkedIn. Pure 🔥. I highly recommend. Adam Brown is the founder of Sircle Media in NYC and they are definitely on the cutting edge of social media marketing.

Sircle is an amazing agency and they fantastic work for their clients. Their social channel is proof of this. As an agency they have decided to focus more on marketing their clients than marketing themselves.

They put their clients and their corporate culture ahead of any kind of shameless plugs (that most other agencies make).
