Born into God's Family
“Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.” (1 John 3:1)

One of the most motivating truths of the Bible is the doctrine that we become sons of God when we are born again through faith in Christ. God then deals with us as a father does with his beloved children. We should therefore respond as obedient children who love their father.

The little epistle of 1 John has many references to this relationship and our consequent responsibilities. In the first place, “ye know that every one that doeth righteousness is born of him” (2:29). “Whosoever is born of God doth not [habitually] commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God” (3:9).

Another attribute of our sonship is brotherly love: “Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him” (5:1). “Every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God” (4:7). Furthermore, each child of God should have a victorious faith. “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith” (5:4).

All who are truly sons of God will never lose that holy relationship. “He that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not” (5:18). This is because of the fact that “greater is he that is in [us], than he that is in the world” (4:4).

There are many such references in the Bible. All stress that we should reflect the character of the Father in our lives as His children. The glorious, ultimate promise is this: “Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is” (3:2). Corinth City , history , the face of Roman architecture , a leading city in Greece, but a vile city

Acts 16 Paul responded to a vision that God gave him

1Corinthians 2:3

Be not afraid, God stepped in , promised protection and plan for the city's future

"I have many people here"

Tell somebody, there is people here ready to hear Gods word

Break every chain, every bond, every vice , there is freedom in Jesus

Speak, do not stay silent, so they may hear

How do we reach the young families, so they know there is hope, peace, stand on a solid foundation

John 10:16 , I have other sheep

He was referring to the outer court, speaking about the gentiles

We are sheep inside the inner court

Know that there are other sheep ready to hear His voice

They are looking, are hungry

They are lost, His sheep , hungry for something, the Lord is calling us to reach out to them, drawing them

Look deeper at the parade, reaching out opportunity, to the other sheep

Who ever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved,

Romans 10:14 how shall they call on Him

It's not just one but all of us

How will they hear unless they are told

It is this gospel that changes lives

How beautiful is the feet of those that

There is a point in life that people talk about our aliments , ha ha

It gets worse as we get older, talk about Arthur , arthritis

Your feet , your past, may be ugly, people will never find the way without hearing from you

The harvest is ready, a sea of labourers

Connecting here with purpose

Together for a reason , for a purpose

Goodness, mercy of God

Thankful that God sent somebody to talk with you, your parents

John 4:23-24

But the hour is coming, and now is ...

Worship in spirit and in truth

He commissions us to do the work of the Father

Go and do likewise, seek, look, find

Fill the darkness within you,

see the light shine on then

Let God pick you up

Find Jesus, let something hapless happen

Suffering from Depression , God gives me a sound mind 🥲

He continuously reaches to draw us towards truth , let us be handlers of truth, light, salvation, hope

Carry it around with us, don't just hold it, dispense it

Stop fighting each other, stop bickering between us, that hinders us from doing His calling in our lives

The commission, be a seeker

We forget that the Rock is there, some time we just have to stop , there is a strength in reserve for you, if you would just stop long enough

Sometimes you have to get the flesh in subjection of the spirit

Neighbour I Love You

And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? He said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou? And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.

The people outside these 4 walls, these are the people left half dead, left alone

Priest and Levites , chose cleanliness, to remain pure, over helping the half dead man, over loving their neighbour

We need to take a few extra seconds, to take a few moments and not have a priest or Levite like attitude , and to just live our neighbour and share the love of Jesus

Those devises that are to improve communications have pulled us apart from one another

We should be using to share the good news, looking to the fields that are ripe and ready

Surrender all to God

Lift up and you will begin to see

Gut warning when faced with a situation

God has given us a warning system, a conscious system

Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.

Understand the conscious needs to be guarded , or it will be dulled

What matters is does your tribe trust in God ?

Psalm 20:7-8

but we are risen, and stand upright.

This is the issue, the problem of the numbering of the army

David realizes his sinful pride

God will direct your steps, it is vital , He will give you direction

Your never going to outgrow the attraction of sin, stay alert and on Gaurd

Never underestimate the price of sin

Don't ignore the whispers of conscience

Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.
But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

We have to make up our mind to walk in obedience. If we walk in self deception we weaken our life

Unattended we sear our conscience

Guard our heart with all diligence

What can we do? Spiritual disciplines , Prayer, read the word, do what it says , fasting ...

The closer you get to God, the enemy gets harder in his attack in many ways

Remain steadfast and faithful

Spend time talking with God every day

We got to be spiritually disciplined everyday

We are a part of an incredible large project that God started and we are a part of that

He gave the responsibility to humanity to build it

There is a building of the kingdom of God, a huge responsibility

Before he was King, before he had the responsibility of King

Samuel speaks to bring out insight , Saul shows humility , Saul was hiding from the anointing. Yet Saul lost the Holy fear that he once had

Saul did 99% of the job, and Gods response was he was sorry he made him King , he didn't finish the job

For rebellion is like the sin of witch craft and stubbornness as bad as worshipping idols

Obedience is important to God

What is sin? Instructions negated

The love of Christ moving into our life, beacons you to come to him

In the beginning God Created

When we are creative , we are the most like God

Creativity sees the outcome

You see what you can do with a space, the creativity, it comes from God

Visualize outside of reality, God sees potential

A situation may seem void, God sees the potential

Movement, the spirit of God, action

What can I do about this ? Creativity says asks the question

What will you do? What can you do? What is next, creativity has the answers

What are you willing to do ? What can you do? Do the first thing first, then go to the next thing. Let's do it

Prep, get, deliver, movement is the answer

Get some movement, creativity begins with Movement, took God the better part of a week, just get moving

Let there be light, God was the source of the initial light

God shines his light, His perfect light

The void, the earth was cloaked in darkness

Sometimes a bad situation is the start of creativity, of creation, gets you motivated to do something about it

Sometimes you need to look at situations, that you're not happy with. A change has to happen

Sometimes you have to say you need to make a change

Look at situation, and say you want to make it better.

Let his light shine into our lives

More impact, more like God, shine His light into our lives

God say the light and he said that is good

The situation may not be good, that is the void

God shine into the void, and that will make it good, the light makes it good

He created an atmosphere in between, and he said it is good

Sometimes when you get started it does not look good, it builds , it doesn't always go smoothly.

We don't always see the results right away.

God is creating the atmosphere. Be the one , the one that does , the result will be there right away. You are creating the atmosphere

Of some one gets oxygen for the first time. Love the first time, maybe it's not visible, but it's created, don't quit

Slowly over time you create an atmosphere for your life

Create space mentally, so you can visualize something differently, so you can see the future.

Set time aside to think, imagine, vision, set space aside so that you can

Create some visualization time

Have some down time, some slow down time to just think. Sometimes the best ideas come that way.

Thinking can revolutionize you. The world wants you busy, but you need to think

God creates , analyze , judges

We have to have a certain amount of analysis

It will not be perfect day one. Try a different way, constantly in a process. Create, analyze, can it be better , continue the process.

God created us in his imagine. We are the most like God when we create. Only God was created in the image of God.

Everything that we have created started as an idea. Little bit by little bit, it is created. Improved, getting a little bit better

Be it things, family, job, church, marriage, our shape, our community

Stick to plans, work it, seek what God wants.

Let your will be done, on Earth as it is in heaven
