8 JAN 2019 · A platonic friendship is a love that is purely spiritual. Have we forgotten how important friendships are ? In this I episode, i present my tool/mindset, when thinking about how we can strengthen friendships.

2 NOV 2018 · This is by far the toughest one to narrow down, cause man it it easy to step on someone when going here. I really tried not make it to simple, but i still wanted it to be useful. The suggested 3 steps to fight loneliness is: 1. Know your fight. 2. Strengthen ties and/or create new ones. 3. Get to know your loneliness.

31 OCT 2018 · Loneliness is a feeling that comes to us in different ways. in this episode i'm doing something seemingly mean, I'm trying to put up enough mirrors of loneliness, so that you might see yourself in at least one of them. My point is to make you aware, so that you can better understand it, and not be ruled by it.
