Chart 3 explains what happened when the family of Abraham, now a divided kingdom, refused to worship the God of Abraham and that God alone. God sent prophets to warn both Kingdoms and both ignored them at least and killed them at the most drastic.

So, God used the Assyrians and the Babylonians to punish the Family of Abraham. The 10 Northern Tribes were lost and the 2 Tribes left were carted to Babylon where they had a severe change of heart.

Here we find a repentant people with Synagogues, Pharisees, Scribes and Sadducees.

When they arrived back in Jerusalem when Cyrus the Persian said God told him to send them back, they rejected their half-breed cousins and called them "Samaritans" as a term of derision.
