It is especially essential when one is faced with the unique challenges for those in Recovery from any sort of injury, illness, or addiction. Far too often folks only address their mental, emotional, and spiritual health in their new lifestyles but neglect the physical side of their health.<br /><br />HOST:<br />Marv of One Rep At a Time is the host for this show. He has over a decade worth of experience with fitness and health, holds a B.S. in Kinesiology - Exercise Science, and has been categorized as clean and sober since 6/22/13. His Recovery includes overcoming muscle dysmoprhia as well as a life-long struggle with self- worth and self-esteem.
