Sherman L. Young serves as the Presiding Bishop of Harvest International Alliance of Ministries.; a fellowship of pastors and church leaders. This organization focuses on leadership development, offering conferences and round-tables for that purpose.

He is founder of HighPointe Church and Ministries, Sherman L. Young Ministries, Inc., the Harvest International Alliance of Ministries and The TIMOTHY Network; a mentoring ministry for preachers submitted him as their spiritual father.

These organizations hosts workshops and conferences around the USA on Leadership, Church Administration, Church and Ministry Leaders Training and Developing Pastors’ Support Teams.

Honored as a true apostolic voice to our generation, Sherman L Young received his Biblical training at the Birmingham Baptist College and the Southeastern Bible College, Birmingham, AL. Bishop Young also attended the Gospel Ministry Theological Institute, based in Houston, TX.(Bachelor of Theology) He holds an honorary Doctor of Divinity Degree from St. Thomas Christian College, Jacksonville, FL, and a Doctor of Humane Letters from the New Generation Theological Institute and Seminary of Savannah, GA.
