He has worked as a technical consultant on Pulitzer Prize winner Lanford Wilson's "Fifth Of July" and coached Christopher Reeves, Richard Thomas and William Hurt. Sulsona has also written 15 screenplays one of which "North Of Manila" was nominated for a WGA fellowship. His screenplay MANAGUA with Michael Moriarty & Lou Gossett Jr. was released in 1997. Sulsona appeared in Oliver Stone's Academy Award winning "Born On The Fourth Of July" and the Academy Award winning documentary "Hearts And Minds." A Vietnam vet, lost both legs in combat is a recipient of the Purple Heart and Bronze Star.
