Jillian’s story begins with a Sea Turtle conservation effort in Bali and ends with her increased awareness of and belief in Spirit, higher powers, and guardian angels.
While Jillian shares the details of how she and her friend were saved from being caught in the undertow and sliced by rocks off the beach in Bali, one detail alludes the story: The face of the strong figure who pulled her up from the water to save her life. Medium Kareen and Jillian determine this figure’s angelic presence. Despite the ensuing trauma from hanging onto life by a thread, Jillian has since experienced visions and become connected to the spiritual realm through mediumship. Kareen felt spiritually led to start ketamine in September, and shares both the scary and the freeing details of her trips. She explores how the therapy connects her with her subconscious mind, allowing her subconscious mind to process childhood traumas, anxiety, and depression. She focuses on the importance of surrendering to the ketamine therapy, emphasizing the need to embrace fear and allow herself to travel through consciousness and understand the spiritually and personally symbolic nature of the vivid scenes that are a part of the ketamine trips.

16 FEB 2023 · In this episode of Walking on Feathers, Medium Kareen interviews Lily Sais, examining her journey from a self-proclaimed “former anxious person” to an anxiety coach and three principles practitioner. Kareen and Lily reflect on the Spirit and the universe’s energy bringing them together, as they share many experiences – such as experience with anxiety, depersonalization, and derealization – and are able to learn valuable lessons in life and spirituality.
Medium Kareen and Lily then dive into what the three principles of understanding are and what they can do for one’s mental state. These principles impact mental health, spirituality, and one’s ability to perceive their place in the universe. The principles of understanding are: Consciousness (understanding we are alive), Mind (understanding the energy and life force behind our life), and Thought (understanding that everyone thinks different types of thoughts). This leads to one of Lily’s foundational revelations that thoughts are neutral. The idea that thoughts are neutral allows one to let go and trust the universal powers at work in one’s spirit and release anxiety.
