Over the last 22 years as a licensed Real Estate Broker in California and Oregon — and 30 years as a General Contractor — Randy has built things most agents only talk about. Homes. Teams. Organizations. Wealth.

    As a Speaker, Trainer, and Team Leader at eXp Realty, Randy leads an organization of over 1,200 agents across 30 states and 5 countries — generating real residual income, real equity, and real freedom. Before eXp, he served as a KW Team Leader and owner of a 100-agent Keller Williams office.

    He's also the founder of ByrdHouse Development, Inc., a creative financing and investment company focused on Sub-To deals, flips, and portfolio plays — and Like A Boss Coaching, where he's spent 13 years helping agents stop trading time for commissions and start building businesses that work without them.
