Here's his bio : Rex is a 7th generation Texan, military combat veteran, nonprofit founder, podcast host, and tactical business coach who has built a career around one mission: helping people own who they are and turn it into impact. He spent his early years serving in the U.S. Air Force as an Intelligence Operator, working across diverse teams and geographic regions. In that role, he learned how to lead, train, and operate alongside some of the most elite forces this country produces-including Navy SEALs, Army Rangers, Air Force Special Operations, CIA, FBI, and foreign military partners-ensuring terrorist networks were dismantled and threats were eliminated.
Those years forged his discipline, adaptability, and his belief that self mastery isn’t optional; it’s the baseline for anyone who wants to lead, create, or make an impact. After retiring from the military, Rex continued serving by giving his talents to nonprofit organizations in Florida. As an educator, instructor, and coach, he helped people find their purpose, develop marketable skills, and build the confidence needed to step into the workforce. That season cemented his commitment to community empowerment and real world support. When he returned home to Texas, Rex founded MF Coaching, a nonprofit built to move veterans forward in their lives through a proven self development framework he created. As the creator of MF Coaching, Rex brings a direct, cut through the BS approach to helping Veteran entrepreneurs, creators, and leaders build brands rooted in clarity, confidence, and identity. His coaching centers on a simple ethos: master yourself first. Because if you can’t control your mindset, your habits, and your identity, you’ll never control your business, your brand, or your life.
Rex also uses podcasting as a broadcast extension of his coaching. Jordon Basurto is an entrepreneur, creative, and skydiving instructor whose path has been anything but linear. Raised in San Diego before moving to Idaho in his early teens, Jordon experienced loss at a young age when an immediate family member passed away from cancer. That moment reshaped his direction, pushing him to take ownership of his life early—earning his GED and moving to Lake Tahoe at 17 to chase snowboarding at a professional level. For years, snowboarding was everything. Winters in Tahoe, summers at Mt. Hood, competing professionally and living fully inside that world.
In his early twenties, Jordon made a pivot—returning to San Diego to study fashion and co-found a denim brand. While the product was strong, the experience exposed a gap that would later define his career: marketing and business strategy. That curiosity led him into sales and distribution, where—starting with almost no money—he helped build one of the larger distribution networks in North America. During that time, he became a stage trainer, speaking in front of audiences of 5,000+ people. The experience sharpened his ability to lead, communicate, and build teams at scale. From there, Jordon transitioned into online marketing, app development, and creative work behind the camera, eventually opening and running a studio.
But everything changed when he discovered skydiving. What began as curiosity quickly became a calling. Within a few short years, he became an instructor and eventually a drop zone owner, driven by a simple mission: to build a safe, professional operation that protects the culture and grows the sport the right way. Key’s life is a study in leadership under pressure—and what it means to redefine purpose when the uniform comes off. Kevin’s journey began far from the battlefield, with a short career as a professional ski instructor before answering a deeper call to serve.
Commissioned through the Nevada National Guard and stepping onto active duty in 1999, he quickly distinguished himself, completing Ranger School and deploying with the 75th Ranger Regiment as part of U.S. Special Operations forces in Afghanistan and Iraq. Those early years set the tone for a career defined by intensity, adaptability, and responsibility at the highest levels. Along the way, he completed elite military education, earned a Master’s degree in Defense Analysis, and became fluent in Spanish—further expanding his operational impact and global reach. Kevin’s leadership path continued to rise as he transitioned into joint and strategic roles with U.S. Special Operations Command South, overseeing training, readiness, and multinational exercises throughout Central and South America. His career culminated with responsibility not just for missions—but for shaping the next generation of warriors.
After 24 years of service, multiple combat deployments, and a career decorated with honors including multiple Bronze Stars and a Purple Heart, Kevin made the decision to retire in 2021 and begin a very different chapter. Today, he balances life between Nevada and Florida—working on his family’s cattle ranch, building small businesses with his wife Noel, co-authoring a book, and continuing a lifelong pursuit of growth, health, and learning. In this episode, Kevin shares what doesn’t appear on a résumé: the identity shift that comes with leaving elite service, the quiet challenges of reinvention, the meaning of legacy through family, and what it truly takes to reset your life when everything you’ve known has changed. Robert is a retired Master Gunnery Sgt with the Marines and is currently the VP of Development and Impact with the Robert Irvine Foundation. Here's his bio : Robert Yarnall, MGySgt, USMC (Ret.) Robert Yarnall is a retired Master Gunnery Sergeant of the United States Marine Corps, having honorably served for 25 years. A 2005 Summa Cum Laude graduate of East Stroudsburg University, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education with a concentration in Social Studies. Along with his military service, Robert dedicated 19 years to education, teaching Civics at Monroe Career & Technical Institute until his retirement in June 2024.
During his military career, Robert deployed with the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable) in support of Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm. He later spent eight years in Marine Corps recruiting, shaping the next generation of Marines, before transitioning to the Marine Corps Reserve to complete his education. Beyond his military and educational careers, Robert has over 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience, serving on multiple boards and fundraising committees.
His unwavering dedication to service has earned him notable recognition. He was inducted into the Chapel of Four Chaplains for his commitment to charitable work, awarded the Liberty Bell Award by the Monroe County Bar Association for his community impact, and received two Outstanding Volunteer Service Medals from the United States Marine Corps.
Since January 2023, Robert has served as the Vice President of Development & Impact for the Robert Irvine Foundation. He also serves as the team lead for the Foundation’s Face the Fight initiative, integrating suicide intervention strategies into the Foundation’s core programs. Committed to collaboration and collective impact, Robert works closely with partners to enhance support systems for veterans and their families.
Robert and his wife, Kim, have six children and a grandson. Two of their sons proudly continued the Marine Corps legacy. Together, Robert and Kim have completed the Marine Corps Marathon race series, a century bike race, and multiple ruck and hike challenges, all to raise awareness and funds for wounded service members and veterans.

Here's a bio in his own words : "Rob Mador- Husband, father of 2 kids, resides in Cape Cod, Ma. Founder of Bridges For The Fallen in 2012 after a friends son was KIA in Afghanistan. Since then, he has traveled across the country memorializing bridges for those brave individuals that died as a result of war. 1501 bridges and 1501 stories about our nation's heroes. Idaho is the only state that refuses to work with Bridges For The Fallen. We need to change that as there are lots of Gold Star Families in Idaho." "My message of hope. Even in your darkest hour, there is light to be had. If you cannot find your own light, be the light for someone else that needs it. In doing that, some of that light will be reflected on you and that light will show you a path to healing. This is how my story of bridges really starts."

Josie Barnes is one of the top female professional ten-pin bowlers currently competing in the Professional Women's Bowling Association (PWBA). She has six PWBA Tour titles to date, including two major championships at the 2021 U.S. Women’s Open, in which she won a PWBA-record $100,000 first prize, and the 2025 USBC Queens where she won a $60,000 first prize. Barnes is a nine-time member of Team USA, and is also the associate head coach for the women’s bowling team at her alma mater, Vanderbilt University.

"I’m a retired naval officer with 29 years and four months of naval service. For ten of those years, I served as an enlisted aviation electrician. I then became a surface warfare officer, and now I’m a Navy public affairs officer. Within weeks of separating from my ex-spouse in April 2013, I moved to San Diego and went on two deployments. For 15 months, while assigned to an amphibious assault ship, I visited more than 10 countries, immersed myself in local cultures, made great friends, and honed my career skills. This is when I began blogging as a way to share insights through storytelling to help myself and others." "I have since relocated five times in the last eight years, went through another breakup after my 1st marriage, lived in Bremerton, Washington, met my now-husband, got assigned to an aircraft carrier that deployed in a combat zone, and moved back to San Diego. A couple of years later, I moved to Norfolk, Virginia, and then two years later, I found myself serving in England for the largest maritime component of NATO. I spend my time traveling on cruise ships and podcasting for my show Stories of Service (S.O.S. for short), and engaging in activism. My writings focus on struggle, love, friendships, career, saving money, personal accountability, war, toxic bosses, and overall leadership, a "tapestry" of life reflections!"

"Loving husband and father of two. One boy, one girl. HVAC tech for 11 years.Longtime bowler with many achievements. Traveled all over the country, lived in multiple states with the soul of a gypsy. Seen things that most people won’t see in a lifetime. Founder of Worley’s Gutter Talk. Giving people the recognition where recognition is due. Putting bowling back on the map. I’ve struggled with alcohol for more than 20 years and have been sober now for 11 months. Walking away from alcohol saved my life in so many ways. I thank the one above every day for giving me a new start and a clear path. The Phoenix in me has risen and now is in complete control. No more darkness.

"Bowled since age 4, always a love affair. Got started in bowling biz 2002 working front desk at Santa Clarita Lanes in CA. Soon after, started helping in the pro shop a few days a week to learn how to plug/sand/fit/drill balls. That ended up becoming full time. Started bowling PBA Regionals, cashed in 2 of the first 3 so got my card. Signed to Brunswick Regional Staff in 2003. Started making short ball review videos and posted a lot on ballreviews, bowlingballexchange and PBA forums. Got the nickname BrunsNick for my undying loyalty to the brand. Created BrunsNick website in 2006 along with BigBApparel merch site and YouTube account. YouTube was still in infancy and the only way to monetize then was Adsense ads on websites. First viral video was “How to Bowl 900” Bought the pro shop in 2008. Bought a 2nd location 3 months later from Bugsy Kelly (now my boss at Brunswick). Offered a Product Specialist job from Brunswick in 2010, moved from So Cal to Nor Cal. Relocated to Muskegon in 2015, changed roles to Digital Media Manager. Been in charge of all the social media for all the brands since. 2023, started doing YouTube videos again full time, reviews and education content. Grown from 1700 subs to now almost 36,000 today. 2023, started Perception vs Reality Podcast on Radical with Phil Cardinale, now 125 episodes in. 2024, started a TikTok from nothing and gained traction, now 51,500 followers as of today."
