When an animal changes their behavior around you, or if you feel a flash of irritation/anxiety, stop and do a quick body scan. Ask yourself: What is my body holding right now that they are reflecting back to me? Drop out of your head, take a deep belly breath, and allow that suppressed energy to move through you instead of stuffing it down into your own "obscurus."
