While illegal activities certainly occur on the dark web, this perception is largely inaccurate. The dark web is simply a portion of the internet that requires special software to access and is not indexed by traditional search engines
While the dark web is frequently associated with illegal activities like drug markets and stolen data, it also serves as a platform for political dissent, whistleblowing, and privacy-conscious social networking.
In fact, mainstream organisations such as Facebook, The New York Times, and The Washington Post operate Tor-accessible versions of their websites to facilitate secure and private communication.

The tribunal deemed the dismissal unfair, citing the "toxic", "dysfunctional", and "lawless" environment at the company, Booker.
