He shares the struggles of obesity, the mental health causes and effect and implications on life in general. We get into some very intense conversation that might be difficult to listen to, but is very important for everyone to hear. If you need help, get help. I've been there, done that with the ups and down in both physical and mental health. This is a great episode for anyone who feels alone in any sort of battle.

I was really curious to pick JP's brain on the inner workings of booking and promoting comedy shows and building a consistent repeatable model to host banger show after banger show. It was a super insightful, although maybe very nerdy, conversation and anyone who is trying to promote themselves or a business could learn from JP.
