Fraser Michael Bohm, a 24-year-old Malibu resident, is charged with murder and vehicular manslaughter after allegedly driving over 100 mph on the Pacific Coast Highway in October 2023, losing control and killing four Pepperdine University seniors and sorority sisters standing roadside. His defense, led by attorney Alan Jackson, has twice tried and failed to get the murder charges dismissed, arguing the case was "wildly overcharged." Trial is set to begin September 8, 2026, with pretrial motions starting September 2.
