Zara Northover is an 2008 Jamaican Olympian in the shot put, speaker, and founder of Moving in Faith, a global empowerment brand that inspires people to persevere with courage, identity, and bold purpose. From class president and team captain to Olympian, corporate athlete, and now servant leader and advocate, Zara’s life has been defined by faith, resilience, and an unwavering belief in God’s timing.

She has fearlessly stood up to race discrimination and retaliation in the workplace, representing herself Pro Se and currently awaiting a decision from the Michigan Supreme Court. Her powerful journey is captured in her forthcoming book, The Cost of Justice, which offers a raw look into the price of truth, integrity, and self-advocacy.

A Hall of Fame inductee at Northeastern University and a master’s graduate in Sports Management from Eastern Michigan, Zara has led, trained, and inspired people in communities, across companies and educational institutions.
